| With the high speed development of the genetically modified technology, the kind and the quantity of genetically modified crops are increasing. The countries that approve genetically modified crops pay attention to the safety of genetically modified agricultural products. Many countries have issued a series of laws and regulations and established tracing systems of genetically modified agricultural products to guarantee the safety of genetically modified agricultural products. At the same time, with the rapid development of the WebGIS, the WebGIS plays a more and more important role in the tracing system of agricultural products. Establishing the tracing system of genetically modified agricultural products, not only can guarantee the safety of genetically modified farm products, but also can build the trade barrier for our country to protect the trade of farm products of our country.The genetically modified agricultural products of Zhoushan Port, Zhejiang Province have been picked as the main research target in my paper. The traceability system of genetically modified agricultural products based on WebGIS adopts B/S system framework and ArcGIS Online as the traceability map. The traceability system of genetically modified agricultural products based on WebGIS adopts ArcGIS for Server 10.2 as the server which publishes the map and achieves the following functions.(1) The origin traceability of genetically modified agricultural productsThe tracing coding system of genetically modified agricultural products have referred to the Harmonized System and the number of â…¡D. The tracing coding system of genetically modified agricultural products based on the Harmonized System, uses the country code and the area code to extend. Inputting the tracing coding in the tracing interface, the user can get the corresponding information list of the genetically modified agricultural products, including the event name, the foreign gene, the country of origin, the commodity use, the transport machine, the detection method and so on. The origin of the genetically modified agricultural products is marked on the map of ArcGIS Online.(2) The risk assessment of the gene.According to the inspection data of genetically modified agricultural products of Zhoushan Port from 2012 to 2015,1 count the frequency of the detected gene of genetically modified soybean, genetically modified maize and genetically modified rice as the gist of risk assessment. Inputting the event name, the user can get the information of commercial countries, the type of approval and the risk assessment of the gene.(3) Drawing the thematic map.According the annual output of genetically modified soybean and genetically modified maize of all the countries which grows the genetically modified crops, I draw the output distribution map of the genetically modified soybean and genetically modified maize. The user can get the chart information and attribute information on the thematic map.(4) Database retrievalThe database has recorded 18 kinds of the genetically modified crop,120 kinds of the event name and 50 kinds of the foreign gene sequence. The user can get the information of the event, the information of the foreign gene and protein, the evaluation information of environment safety and so on. The laboratory technicians can get the information easily from the database. |
