Mustard crop(Brassica juncea (L)Czern), belonging to the Brassica in the Cruciferate family annual or biennial herbaceous plants, is the important crops of cultivated vegetables. But the mustard germplasm resources research is less, so expand the research of mustard genetic diversity and genetic relationship, it is can provide theoretical basis for musrard germplasm reasonable utilization and protection. This paper collected 86 national mustard germplasm resources of different provinces and studied the morphological markers and SRAP molecular markers of mustard, meanwhile detected the genetic relationship between different species and genetic diversity. The main results were as follows:1. The morphological traits of 86 mustard material is analyzed, when the Euclidean distance of 5.0,86 mustard can be divided into four major categories. By analyzing the results, found that the classification of morphological traits is chaotic.2.For 86 mustard materials production identification and evaluation, found a total of six pieces of material per plant above weight is 2.5 kg, respectively for leaf mustard qing tian hong 3.3 kg, da tou cai-1 2.97 kg and yan xuan shui dong ji mustard 2.88 kg, the three materials’leafe hypertrophy,growth period is consistent and with resistance to disease and lodging resistance root mustard da tou mustard-2 is 2.8kg,wen ling da tou mustard 3.45kg and da tou mustard is 4.0kg,and the morphological characters of three materials with resistance to disease and lodging resistance, leaf blade small and less, fruit solid and big, and high photosynthetic efficiency. The six materials originate from zhejiang province. At the same time, in this experiment,82 mustard in 86 mustard material conform to the requirements of high yield breeding.3. Using SRAP molecular markers to analyse 86 mustard materials research at molecular level, the similarity coefficient of 86 mustard mustard between 0.56 to 0.98, the genetic similarity coefficient in 0.77, all the test materials can be divided into five groups. Through the analysis of the results, you can see that most of the class are from the same source and the main morphological traits of the same mustard materials together. Individual different source materials cluster together, but they main morphological traits is same, may be associated with nonlocal introduction, is not the country of origin.It can be concluded that mustard SRAP cluster related to the mustard germplasm genotypes source and morphological traits.4. using 86 mustards [Brassica juncea (L.) Czern.et Coss.] germplasm to construct DNA fingerprint by SRAP marker and the DNA fingerprint analysis software.Using the DNA fingerprint software designed by our laboratory programmed to built 86 mustards genome DNA fingerprint. Obtained the "ID" of 86 mustard varieties. The study showed SRAP marker is perfect for mustard DNA fringerprint construction.
