| The research is to study the absorption and utilization on nitrogen and potassium of different Root architecture of flue-cured tobacco. To select suitable varieties of flue-cured tobacco root architecture, to improve tobacco roots of potassium and nitrogen absorption rate. And It provides an important reference for protecting stable production of the characteristics of high-quality tobacco. The main results of this study are as follows:1. In five tobacco variety K326, Yunyan87, Honghuadajinyuan, Zhongyan 100 and G80 the biggest root configuration and root dry accumulation is K326, it’s root dry accumulation is 26.33g and the smallest is the G80, it’s root dry accumulation is 21.33g.2. Compare with the largest difference between the root architecture of two varieties K326 and G80. All parts of the potassium content of K326 are in line with international standards to achieve more than 2.0%,has significant differences with four other varieties. And the G80 only middle leaf tobacco content of 2.59% up to international standards. From the upper to the lower leaves the nitrogen content of K326 and G80 showing a decreasing trend. The maximum dry matter accumulation is K326, it’s dry matter accumulation has 45.26g. The minimal dry matter accumulation is G80 the content is 33.77g.3. TO induce adventitious root of K326 and G80, the leaf nitrogen content, potassium content and dry matter are higher than without inducing adventitious root treatment. Between different varieties of the same treatment, the indicators of each parts of K326 are higher tobacco G80.4. In the seeding stage the root architecture of G80 is bigger than K326, with the growth of plants, the root architecture changing the parameters becomes larger. While in normal fertilization, with the growth and development the tobacco root configuration parameters of K326 gradually larger than the root configuration parameters of G80, with the opposite case of seedling stage.5. Under the different fertilizer treatments of K326 and G80. During normal fertilization the root architecture significantly greater than applying only the distilled water treatments. In the absence of nutrient elements in each case of tobacco root growth was inhibited. And under nitrogen deficiency conditions, tobacco root root architecture is significantly less than the status of potassium.In summary:The biggest difference of root configuration parameters is K326 and G80. In the mature the maximum root configuration parameters of flue-cured tobacco is K326,the minimal is G80.For the amount of dry matter accumulation of tobacco, tobacco leaf nitrogen content and potassium content, the greatest impact of fertilization factor, followed by the combined effect of root architecture and fertilization factors. In the situation applying distilled water and nitrogen deficiency, K326 root growth was inhibited, the amount of dry matter accumulation of tobacco nitrogen content, potassium were less than G80. In potassium deficiency situation, although growth was inhibited K326 roots, but still get strong growth, its root architecture potassium greater than the G80 process. At the same time deal with the accumulated amount of potassium DM tobacco, tobacco nitrogen content, potassium were higher than G80, with the same trend applied vegan nutrient solution process. |
