In order to study the effect of the combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer on growth and potassium nutrition of flue-cured tobacco, prove the combined rate of citrate soluble potassium and water soluble potassium which is beneficial to flue-cured tobacco culture, provide reference for the development of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and its application on flue-cured tobacco production, take the K326 as the research object, through pot experiment, first, study the effect of the combined application of citrate soluble potassium and water soluble potassium on growth of flue-cured tobacco;second, study the dynamic effect of different combined rates on potassium content of flue-cured tobacco and the effect on potassium nutrition under drought and topping;finally,on the basis of the pre-study,explore the after effectiveness of different combined rates on potassium nutrition. The results showed that:(1)The effect of different combined rates on growth of flue-cured tobaccoThe combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco K326 and different combined rates had different promotive effect. The combined rate which applying 75% citrate soluble potassium + 25% water soluble potassium had better effect, leaf dry weight, chlorophyll a and carotenoid content, root tips, root activity, proline content, soluble sugar content were maximum value and much higher than CK and 100% citrate soluble potassium. The treatment of 50% citrate soluble potassium + 50% water soluble potassium had the maximum value of maximum leaf width, stem dry weight, total root surface area and root volume, which were not significant difference with the treatment of 75% citrate soluble potassium + 25% water soluble potassium. The MDA content of flue-cured tobacco which applying citrate soluble potassium and water soluble potassium was higher than other treatments, also was not significant difference among treatments with different combined rates.(2)The effect of different combined rates on potassium nutrition of flue-cured tobaccoThe combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could significantly increase the potassium content in different periods after topping, different combined rates had different effect in different periods, the potassium content of the treatment that applying 75% citrate soluble potassium + 25% water soluble potassium showed decreasing trend after transplanting, but after transplanting 75 days, the potassium content tended to be stable. The combined application of citrate soluble potash could replace the application of water soluble potassium fertilizer solely under the condition of sufficient water in prophase then drought stress and the treatment of 50% citrate soluble potassium + 50% water soluble potassium had the better effect. The combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could increase the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco, the effect was obvious for the upper leaf of topping tobacco, the combined rates of citrate soluble potassium in 25%~50% had better effect.(3)The after effectiveness of different combined rates on potassium nutrition of flue-cured tobaccoThe combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could significantly increase biomass and potassium uptake of two seasons flue-cured tobacco, the treatment of 75% citrate soluble potassium + 25% water soluble potassium had better effect, the potassium uptake increased 33.05% in comparison with the single application of potassium sulfate, the equilibrium coefficient was 1.06.After harvest of two seasons flue-cured tobacco, the content of available potassium and slowly available potassium of soil of the treatments which applying combined with citrate soluble potassium was higher. The combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could supplement the potassium in the soil, relieve the deficiency of potassium effectively, promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco,so suggest that applying citrate soluble potash in a certain proportion when flue-cured Tobacco was cropped continuously, the proportion of 75% citrate soluble potassium + 25% water soluble potassium was better. In conclusion, the combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco K326 and increase the potassium content and the effect was better than applying water soluble potassium fertilizer traditionally, the proportion of apply of citrate soluble potassium and water soluble potassium which the citrate soluble potassium accounted for 75~50% had better result. In the cultivation production of flue-cured tobacco, the confirming and using the proportion of apply according to actual situation can improve the production efficiency also provide accurate theory basis for the exploitation of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer...
