Buckwheat has short growth, poor tolerance and strong adaptability, which not only has high nutritional value, but also has strong effect on health care. Buckwheat is rich in flavonoids, which can reduce blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids and can inhibit tumor cells, so as to have a certain role on preventing the occurrence of cancer, which also can delay aging because of antioxidant activity. Therefore, people may pay more attention to the development and utilization of food. Although the tartary buckwheat resource is originated and rich and diverse in China, the buckwheat breeding research base is weak, special and high quality is less, this is far from enough to modern needs. Such, researching on agronomic traits of tartary buckwheat, the relationship between yield traits and flavone content, revealing the flavonoids accumulation mechanism, screening excellent germplasm resources and breeding special quality buckwheat varieties has important practical significance to promote the the improvement of variety and industrial of tartary buckwheat.The agronomic traits, flavonoids content and the association between agronnmic traits and total flavonoid content of 371 tartary buckwheat these are from different regions were analyed, and the effect of sucrose and L-phenylalanine on flavonoid content and antioxidant activity were also analyed, the conclusion are follows:1. Througn the analysis of morphological abd agronomic traits of 371 tatary buckwheat resources, from the morphological point of view, the stems are all green, leaves are all green,the character of leaf is mainly hastate, the shape of seed is with short cone, the color of seed is mainly gray, the thorn are mainly without wings, and most of the material are lodging phenomenom. From the point of classification, the 371 tartary buckwheat reasouces can degree into 4 categories by different vegetative organs and 1000 grain weight, for a class of vegetative organs of vigorous growth, 1000 grain weight is large, a class is growth of vegetative organs weak, 1000 grain weight is large, a class is growth of vegetative organs is weak, 1000 grain weight is not too large, a class is plant height and vegetative organs is strong,1000 grain weight is not too large; from the degree of variation, the variation range of the number of grains per plant is the largest, which may be due to the seed holding are serious of some varieties that lead to the difference of grain weight per plant and the number grain peiplant is large. From the perspective of correlation, the 1000 grain weight, grain number pur plant, plant height, number of primary branches, number of secondary branches are the main factors on the yield of tartary buckwheat.2. From the point of view of association flavonoids content with agronomic traits of 371 tartary buckwheat, the highest of flavonoids content is 2.06%, and minimum is 0.36%, and the flavonoids content is concentrated in the 1.28% level, the mostly is belong to the middle type, the high flavonoids content type is less, and the flavonoid are different in buckwheat materials from different sources.3. The flavonoids content of tartary buckwheat bud with increase of the concentration of sucrose is firstly increased and then decreased, when the concentration of sucrose is 4%, the flavonoids content reached the highest. With the increase of sucrose treatment time, the flavonoid content also showed the trend that firstly increased and then decreased, and the flavonoids content reached the highest when the sucrose treat 9 days. The flavonoids content and the extract substances of tartary buckwheat bud on DPPH free radical, ABTS radical,hydroxyl radical scavebging ability show significant positive correlation under the surose treatment.4. The flavonoids content of tartary buckwheat bud with increase of the concentration of L-phenylalanine is firstly increased and then decreased, when the concentration of L-phenylalanine is 150μmol/L, the flavonoids content reached the highest. With the increase of L-phenylalanine treatment time, the flavonoid content also showed the trend that firstly increased and then decreased, and the flavonoids content reached the highest when the sucrose treat 9 days. The flavonoids content and the extract substances of tartary buckwheat bud on DPPH free radical, ABTS radical, hydroxyl radical scavebging ability show significant positive correlation under the L-phenylalanine treatment.
