The remaining liquid after biogas slurry is biogas anaerobic fermentation residues, contains rich nutrition, mineral nutrition, organic matter, trace elements and biological active substances, such as speed slow both high-quality liquid organic fertilizer effect. Biogas slurry is weak alkaline, continuous fertilization can improve soil physical and chemical properties, increase crop resistance to insect resistance, improving soil fertility, reduce traditional fertilization on soil and the destruction of the ecological environment. Standards, in order to better evaluate the marsh fertilizer fertility acquisition across shaanxi province biogas slurry renewal samples, statistical analysis of fen nutrient element content in the fertilizer, define the marsh fertilizer unit. To study the applying the best content of biogas slurry, applied in the effect on crops(corn and wheat), ‘luodan 9 hao ’ maize varieties and ‘xinong 889 ’wheat varieties and related experiment was carried out in Yang Ling Town testbed and farm land, mainly got the following conclusions:1. Analysis of variance of biogas slurry renewal of nutrient content, biogas slurry renewal nutrient content significant difference; Correlation analysis of biogas slurry renewal each nutrient content, total nitrogen content of biogas slurry and the total phosphorus, total potassium, there is significant correlation between organic matter content, can be used as the evaluation index, biogas slurry fertility levels and define the fertility of unit of biogas slurry is total nitrogen content is 100mg/L; Renewal available p content and other nutrients correlation is best, so use it as a renewal of fertility level of evaluation index, and defines the renewal of the fertility of the unit as the content of available p was 1.0 g/kg.2. Topdressing can effectively increase photosynthetic rate(Pn),water use efficiency(WUE), A-phosphatase, The photosynthetic rate(Pn) in the level of topdressing 67500kg/hm~2 was inhibited. With the application amount of 67500kg/hm~2 dressing at jointing stage and tasseling stage, Pn was increased by 19.2%~43.8%, and yield was increased 17.6.0%. The recommended biogas slurry application amount is 67500kg/hm~2, topdressing twice at jointing stage and tasseling stage respectively for corn.3. Topdressing can effectively increase photosynthetic rate(Pn),water use efficiency(WUE) and soil enzyme activity which including Catalase activity, A-phosphatase and Urase activity, improve the content of soil organic matter, available N, P and K, and the correlation between soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activity was significant extremely(P<0.01). The photosynthetic rate(Pn) in the level of topdressing 33750kg/hm~2 was inhibited. With the application amount of 22 500kg/hm~2 dressing at jointing stage and booting stage, Pn was increased by 41.3%~76.5%,the soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activity were increased significantly, and yield was increased 36.0%. The recommended biogas slurry application amount is between 22500~33750kg/hm~2, topdressing twice at jointing stage and booting stage respectively for winter wheat.
