Test in the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in Ningxia autonomous region of Yanchi county,Study on the artificial Leymus Chinensis meadow,Continuous three years of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, microelement fertilizer and microbial fertilizer test.Through field experiment, chemical analysis and statistical analysis and other methods, observation of Leymus chinensis growth period growth and nutrient absorption dynamic changes.A systematic analysis of the different fertilization on the grass yield of Leymus chinensis, effects of seed yield, growth index, N, P, K nutrient uptake and quality,In order to provide the basis for the implementation of the regional grassland productivity and sustainable development. Research results show that:1. Fertilization is the main factor to improve the yield of Leymus chinensis, The application of nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased yield and seed yield,And the effect of combined application of N, P and K fertilizer was better, In the application of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn,B, Mo fertilizer Cu on yield and seed yield is the best;Microbial fertilizer dosage is the number of 27 trillion /hm2 live bacteria grass yield and seed yield the largest increase.2. Different fertilization of Leymus chinensis significantly effect crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber content. Nitrogen fertilizer could significantly increase the content of crude protein, and the effect of combined application of N, P and K is better; NPK fertilizer and fertilizer increased the crude fat content, reduced the content of crude fibe, K is more beneficial to improve the crude fat content,The crude fat was the most significant in the combined application of N, P, K. Mo fertilizer could increase the crude protein content,Application of Fe fertilizer on Leymus chinensis crude fat content was highest,B fertilizer was the most obvious to reduce the content of crude fiber. Microbial fertilizer for 27 trillion / hm2 viable count of Leymus chinensis crude protein and crude fat content increased the most obvious, the crude fiber content of different dosage of microbial fertilizer effect of different.3. Fertilization significantly increased the dry matter accumulation of Leymus chinensis,single application of N,P and K fertilizer effect was significant, but the effect of N,P and K fertilizer was better.The application of Cu, Mo fertilizer can make the Leymus chinensis dry matter accumulation was significantly increased.The appropriate amount of microbialfertilizer could significantly promote the accumulation of dry matter,the amount of dry matter accumulation was the highest when the amount of microbial fertilizer was 27 trillion.4. N,P and K fertilizer were less fertilization significantly increased the nitrogen content phosphorus and potassium content. The contents of total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in different fertilization soils were significantly different. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer increased the content of total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Increasing the amount of microbial fertilizer could significantly increase the content of organic matter in soil.That microbial fertilizer could promote nitrogen absorption and potassium absorption of Leymus chinensis, increase the content of available phosphorus.
