The level of agricultural mechanization and intelligence is an important symbol of the level of agricultural modernization in a country. The traditional agricultural equipment development process should be drawn, prototype manufacturing, field experiments, improved design and re testing and other steps, and its design to a large extent dependent on the experience of design. This makes the research and development of agricultural equipment need to carry out a number of physical prototype experiments, resulting in high cost of its R &D, long R & D cycle and other factors. To this end, this paper based on the project team developed wheel type orchard platform, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the structure and performance of the machine, the use of virtual prototyping technology for three-dimensional modeling and dynamic simulation of the whole machine. Specific research content:(1) Orchard operation platform of wheeled shear fork lifting mechanism of theoretical analysis, that the kinematics equation; calculation work platform of the theoretical traction force, soil resistance, gradient resistance, and facing the work platform traction adhesion, it is concluded that the theoretical traction value for 6567 N. The total resistance is 4496 N, face the adhesion of the platform for 10500 N.(2) Use SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional model of the wheeled orchard platform, analysis of the whole assembly principle, build the whole virtual model, and then detect the movement of interference.(3) using the data conversion method between Adams and SolidWorks, dynamics model of the orchard operation platform of wheeled steering system, tires and other moving parts is established in ADAMS, will be established in the Solidworks in other parts of the transmission in a Parasolid format to the ADAMS / view, add the constraints between the various parts, vehicle dynamics model is constructed.(4) According to the real working condition of working platform of the orchard,reference experimental standard agricultural vehicles and light off-road vehicles, and the dynamic model of the platform machine through the vertical convex table, level trench and steep the specific operating conditions of the simulation experiments, it is concluded that inunder the specific condition of the working platform driving performance of parametric curves. The results show that the running stability of wheel type orchard operating platform under certain conditions can meet the requirements of the operation, and can pass the obstacles and ramps.
