To study the relation between toosendanin deposition and the spray nozzle diameter or conditions(nozzle height, liquid dilution ratio and spray volume) on different leaf structures, looking for the conditions combination of the largest toosendanin deposition on three kinds of plant leaves, improving the utilization rate of pesticide and guiding the scientific use of drugs, this part of experiment adopts the central composite design. Plant materials are pakchoi, cucumber and cabbage, and we use the spray crown to realize the changes of various parameters. In addition, in order to define the relation among sprayer, deposition and control effect, this assay, we choose 20% imidacloprid dissoluble liquid and 2% toosendanin EC to be sprayed by 4 different sprayers which they are thermal fogger, electrodyne, power sprayer and hand sprayer. Then, the deposition per unit tomato leaf area and control effect to whitefly were analysed. The results of the study are as follows:1. In cucumber and cabbage leaves which have the larger critical surface tension, for toosendanin EC and WP, the deposition has an increasing trend as droplets diameter increases, but no obvious difference between the different preparation treatments. Meanwhile toosendanin ME diluent deposition on pakchoi and cucumber leaf is opposite to the latter. In cabbage leaf which has less critical surface tension, toosendanin deposition of 3 kinds of preparation decreases with spray droplets diameter increases2. In 9 model of different spray conditions combination, they all have no interactions among spray volume, spray height and solution diluted multiples. In these three factors, spray volume is positive effect, spray height and solution diluted multiples negative. In addition, different preparations have own best spray conditions. However, there is no significant correlation among dosage forms, plants and optimum spraying conditions. Under the condition of the best spray, preparation formulations and crop leaf surface characteristics have a great influence on the original deposition.3. The original deposition and control effect to whitefly were measured by using thermal fogger, electrodyne, power sprayer and hand sprayer. The insecticide is 2% toosendanin emulsifiable solution and 20% imidacloprid solution applying in greenhouse tomato leaf. Test results show that it is very related among sprayer, deposition and control effect. The original deposition and control effect to whitefly by thermal fogger and electrodyne were significant higher than the other two. There is no obvious difference between thermal fogger and electrodyne, either as the other two.
