The overall development of the large plant protection machinery is low in our country, especially the application of the large plant protection machinery chassis balance technology, which is still in its initial stage. One of the main reasons to restrict the development of large plant protection machinery is that it is hard to operate on the uneven ground. At present, the large area of pests and disease prevention work mainly rely on large-scale spray boom sprayer. When working on the uneven ground, the heavy load boom sprayer fuselage vibrates along with the ups and downs of the ground. On one hand, the nozzle mast hanging on the sprayer fuselage joggles along with the vibration of the fuselage. Thus it can make the pesticide spraying uneven, influence the operation quality. The nozzle mast may be broken or even cause an accident if it touches the ground during joggle. On the other hand, it makes the large quantity solution in boom sprayer slosh, which can cause circulating impact loading from solution to medicine cabinet structure, leads to the fatigue failure of the structure, and affect the work efficiency of heavy load boom sprayer. The backward if chassis balancing technique becomes the bottleneck to limit the large-scale development of boom sprayer. But how to solve the chassis balancing technique, reduce the fuselage joggle by the uneven ground, and make sure the stability of large and super large nozzle mast during operation.This paper presents a kind of Boom sprayer chassis balance Linkage, whose structure is lower-pair and movement is flexible, it can balance the elevation disturbance of rocker suspension on both sides, thus reduce the boom sprayer pitch motion, making sure the movement stability; Another important role of the structure is to allocate the stress from every wheel, and improve the tractive force of boom sprayer when working in the field.Centering on the boom sprayer Balanced chassis Linkage, the following research were studied in the paper:The boom sprayer Balanced chassis Linkage kinematic model in the paper was designed to study the Chassis location between the connecting rods and the kinematic relation. Equations were established by the length and location of the connecting rod after being parameter, and got the the relationship among the parameters.By using the automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system(ADAMS), the three-dimensional simulation model of boom sprayer Balanced chassis Linkage was established, and then made its kinematics calculations and simulated analysis. After the simulated analysis, we can got the Motion Simulation angle curve of the left and right suspension link and boom sprayer body of Balanced chassis Linkage. The simulation results verify the validity of boom sprayer Balanced chassis kinematic model and balance performance of Balanced chassis, providing academic bases for the subsequent research and application of Balanced chassis Linkage.The virtual environment model based on the ADAMS and mechanical model of boom sprayer Balanced chassis Linkage were established for the necessary measurement on the Linkage chassis balance settings. In the ADAMS simulation software, the field simulation test was made on the boom sprayer Balanced chassis, making comparative analysis on the vibration amplitude between the boom sprayer Balanced chassis Linkage and the ordinary stiff chassis on the uneven road.Using the slider-crank mechanism structural style through the theory of mechanism, the paper designed the country road stimulative four column vibration test stand, the Four Column vibration test bed can provide sine wave oscillations, through the controlling on the vibration frequency of vibrostand from control cabinet, the Four Column vibration test stand can simulate all kinds of uneven roads excitation well.Finally, put the finished boom sprayer Chassis balance principle prototype and the ordinary boom sprayer rigid chassis on the Four Column vibration test bed for the Balanced performance test, analyzed and contrast studied the superior balanced performance of the Balanced chassis.
