Tobacoo has been of great significance for promoting local economic development and rural poverty.Robust tobacco is the basis for yield and production value.At present nursery substrate on tobacco production is mainly Peat,for which will be bound to bring resource depletion and environmental pollution if it is over exploitation.To achieve sustainable development of tobacco in agriculture and reduce the use of peat substrate and protect the environment,it is imminent to research substitute materials of Peat in tobacco seedling production.The experiment research the influences of different proportions of the nursery substrate and vermicompost on the quality of tobacco.The best ratio of vermicompost and nursery substrate will be determined by the result of measuring the growth period of tobacco seedings and biological traits and physiological parameters in four different periods of tabacco,which can provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of vermicompost in tobacco nursery.The main conclusions are as follows:1. Compared with the floating nursery matrix(CK), treatment T2(the proportion of vermicompost is 40) is 2.5 days in advance in the growth period of tobacco seedings; for the Emergence rate of tobacco 、High quality seedling rate of tobacco and Plantlet formation percentage of tobacco, T2 treatment respectively increased by 3.0%, 1.7%, 2.5%.In the all,T2 treatment can better improve the situation of tobacco growing.2. The aerial part of tobacco,treatment T2 was significantly higher than CK,which the height of stem, the length of maximum leaf, the width of maximum leaf, girth, the fresh weight of plant, the dry weight of plant, the number of leaves respectively increase 1.18 times,1.07 times, 1.20 times, 1.37 times, 1.21 times, 1.52 times, 1.12 times; The root section of tobacco, treatment T2 was also significantly higher than CK, which the length of main root,the length of lateral root, the number of lateral root,root volume,the weight of fresh root,the weight of dry root,shoot ratio respectively increase 22%, 29%, 41%, 26%,57%,45%, 18%.In the all,T2 treatment can significantly improve the biological traits of tobacco seedings.3.For the physical characteristics of tobacco seedings, T2 treatment was significantly higher than CK.The nitrate reductase,amylase,root activity,SPAD respectively increased 1.40 times,1.11 times,1.51 times and 1.2 times.4. With the increasing of the proportion of vermicompost,the indicators of tobacco show a trend that it will increase first and then decrease.It is the best results that when the proportion of vermicompost is 40% on tobacco seedlings.
