Heavy metal pollution of soil and water are very common, so the content of heavy metals in edible fungi may be exceeded. It is very important to study the mechanisms of heavy metal bioaccumulation in edible fungi. To strengthen the research on the molecular mechanism of heavy metal pollution in edible fungi would be of practical significance in debasing the enriching characteristic. The research showed that Lentinual edodes mycelium have a powerful heavy metal bioaccumulation function. Polysaccharide play an important role in the biosorption. The study indicated that-OH and-CONH2 groups were active center of biosorption. The research of molecular mechanism for bioaccumulation is indefinitely, reducing heavy metal enrichment through genetic engineering is not feasible. Research of Ameliorators on debasing the hangover contents of heavy metal in plants had made some achievements. Application of chemical reagent in culture medium also can decrease bioaccumulation. The main purpose of this study is to screen cadmium-pollution ameliorators and mercury -pollution ameliorators for Lentinual edodes、Flammulina velutipes、Pleurotus geesteranus and Hericium erinaceus. Several ameliorators were find by primary screen、reply screen. Lentinual edodes cadmium-pollution ameliorators are calcium-magnesium-phosphate and Na3PO4-·12H2O, mercury-pollution ameliorators are Na3PO4·12H2O and compound fertilizer. Flammulina velutipes cadmium-pollution ameliorators are Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O and KH2PO4, mercury-pollution ameliorators are compound fertilizer and Na3PO4·12H2O. Pleurotus geesteranus cadmium-pollution ameliorators are Na3PO4·12H2O and calcium-magnesium-phosphate, mercury-pollution ameliorators are compound fertilizer and Na3PO4·12H2O. Hericium erinaceus cadmium-pollution ameliorators are KH2PCO4 and Na3PO4·12H2O, mercury-pollution ameliorators are KH2PO4 and Na3PO4·12H2O. Although Na3PO4·12H2O is good at reducing the heavy metal bioaccumulation, it can arrest mycelium growth.,2% other ameliorators can debase bioaccumulation without adverse effects. On the basis of further studies of Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus geesteranus more regular patterns were summarized. The heavy metal content of the second stage fungi was significantly higher than the first stage fungi. The cadmium content of Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus geesteranus at the harvest time were significantly lower than at the bud time. While for the mercury content of Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus geesteranus, the result was the opposite. Flammulina velutipes have same heavy metal content in different parts; Pleurotus geesteranus have the same cadmium content in different part, while its mercury content of lid were significantly higher than stem.
