The lead, cadmium and mercury content of Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinus edo des,Stropharia rugosoannulata,Pleurotus nebrodensis,Hericium erinaceus,Copri nus comatus of 62 samples of edible fungi in Handan region were analyzed by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the content were below the national set l imit to that standard.Lead and cadmium in the edible fungi intake health risks were higher than mercury, the health risks of the 3 kinds of heavy metals in the edible fungi on children are higher than adults.By adding different concentrations of heavy metals to the P.ostreatus cult ivation of material, preliminary studied the effect of heavy metals supplementat ion on heavy metals bioaccumulation in P.ostreatus fruit bodies. The results sh ow that the lead bioaccumulation ability in P.ostreatus fruit bodies is the wea kest. The limited value of lead, cadmium and mercury in the cultivation of ma terial is 154mg/kg?0.438mg/kg and 0.304mg/kg.By adding different concentrations of heavy metals to the 3 breed of G.L ucidum cultivation of material, preliminary studied the effect of heavy metals s upplementation on heavy metals bioaccumulation in G.Lucidum fruit bodies.Th e results show that the weakest heavy metals bioaccumulation ability in the 3breed of G.Lucidum is the American G.Lucidum.From strong to weak, the a bility of heavy metals bioaccumulation in American G.Lucidum fruit bodies is mercury>cadmium>lead. The limited value of lead, cadmium and mercury in the cultivation of material is 13.8mg/kg,0.990mg/kg and 0.109mg/kg.By adding different concentrations of heavy metals to H.erinaceus cultiva tion of material, preliminary studied the effect of heavy metals supplementation on heavy metals bioaccumulation in H.erinaceus fruit bodies. The results sho w that the mercury bioaccumulation ability in H.erinaceusfruit bodies is the st rongest. The limited value of lead, cadmium and mercury in the cultivation of material is 4.597mg/kg?1.294mg/kg and 0.187mg/kg.
