Changes in climate and environment will inevitably bring about changes in agricultural ecological environment.Jiangsu Province is one of China’s main winter wheat (Triticum aestivum Linn) growing areas, under the background of climate change, to discuss climate suitability degree of Jiangsu winter wheat growth development and yield has a strong practical significance. The membership functions to construct the climatic suitability model, on 12 sites in Jiang Su Province winter wheat at different growth stages and the whole growth period of the suitable degree is calculated and analysis the spatial and temporal changes. According to during the growing period of Winter Wheat by freezing, drought and rainy weather disaster index calculated by disasters and climate elements of Jiangsu Province and combined with analysis. The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of agricultural regional environmental management and agriculture.The main work is as follows:1. The construction of climate suitability model for description and analysis of Winter Wheat in Jiangsu Province climate suitability degree. In order to avoid in each growth stage of single factor climate suitable possibility degree is small or zero lead and winter wheat meteorological yield appear larger deviations from, use multiplicative model to express the climate suitability of different growth stages of winter wheat, the effect is satisfied.2. The climate suitability of Winter Wheat in Jiangsu province is better, the change is relatively stable, and the temperature suitability degree, the precipitation suitability and the climatic suitability are weak, and the sunlight suitability shows a slight decreasing trend year by year.3. From suitability distribution point of view, in southern Jiangsu Sunshine suitable degree is low, Northern Jiangsu area precipitation suitability degree is low, the temperature suitability degree is generally high and climate suitability of the gap is not large. Precipitation in southern Jiangsu Sunshine of winter wheat has great influence in the northern area of Jiangsu Province is a key factor influencing the production of Winter Wheat in the area; and eastern coastal areas of light, temperature and precipitation resources are relatively abundant, can satisfy the growth of winter wheat, suitable climate high degree.4. The three key elements of Jiangsu Province winter wheat of light, temperature and water suitability and different growth period were suitable for the detailed analysis, the growing stage of winter wheat suitable degree of change are obtained, which leads to the conclusion that the negative effects of Jiangsu Province winter wheat suitable lower growth period at the seedling and tillering stages, mainly by in suitable temperature of components influence caused the period of winter wheat climate suitability is lower.
