Metabolic organic acid is a kand of intermediate product which take part in the metabolic process and play an important part in life, mainly including short-chain organic acids、short-chain keto acids, for example, pyruvic acid、α-ketoglutarate and acetoacetic acid. These metabolic organic acid across the metabolic of three main nutrients, and effect the growth of animals. The experiment was conducted to determine effects of dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid on growth performance and intestinal digestion and absorption in AA broilers. Select 192 one-day-old with an average body weight AA broilers, the AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 12 AA broilers in each replicate.AA broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, other groups fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% 、 1%、 5%metabolic organic acid. The experiment lasted 28 days. At 8:00 in the morning of the experiment on the first day, 14 days, 28 days, the empty body weight and feed intake of per replicate was recorded, calculate the average daily gain 、 average feed intake and F/G. At the end of the experiment collected venous blood and slaughtered serum indexes was measured.Collecting the contents of glandular stomach 、 duodenum and jejunum for measuring the activity of digestive enzyme.Collecting the middle organization of duodenum and jejunum for measuring intestinal mucosal morphology. In conclusion:Experiment one: Effect of high metabolic organic acid on the characteristic of vector and pH value.Compared with the organic product which can not through 60-mesh sieve, the organic product through 60-mesh sieve have a high evenness. All the organic product have contents, but the organic product made by soybean which can easily be breaked. All the organic product have viscosity, the viscosity of the organic product made by soybean is suitable, others are not easily mixed uniformity. There in no difference in pH value in different organic product.Experiment two: Effects of dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid on growth performance and intestinal digestion and absorption in AA broilers.(1)Effects of metabolic organic acid on growth performance of AA broilers. The final weight、average daily gain and average feed intake of the broilers in 0.1% adding group were very significantly increased by 3.32%、3.40% and 1.57% %(P>0.05), there was no significant difference of the final weight between 1% adding group and control group(P>0.05), thefinal weight、average daily gain 、average feed intake of the broilers in 5% adding group were very significantly decreased by 61.34%、63.82% 、54.73%(P<0.01).Between the experiment groups, the final weight、average daily gain 、average feed intake of the broilers in 5% adding group were very significantly lower to 0.1% and 1% adding group(P<0.01).F/G of 5% adding group was very significantly lower to other three groups(P<0.01).(2)Effects of metabolic organic acid on serum indexes.Serum total protein of group o.1% was significantly higher than the 5% adding group(P<0.05).The content of Serum uric acid and glucose showed a increased tendency with dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid increasing, serum glucose in group 5% was significantly increased by 13.04% to the control group(P<0.05).(3)Effects of metabolic organic acid on organ indexes of AA broilers. There was no significant difference of organ indexes of AA broilers between 0.1% and control group(P>0.05). Liver index of AA broilers in 1% adding group was significantly higher to control group(P<0.05). Heart, liver, thymus and bursa index of AA broilers in 5% adding group were very significantly higher er to control group(P<0.01).(4) Effects of metabolic organic acid on gastrointestinal pH value of AA broilers. The stomach and jejunum pH value of AA broilers in experiment groups have no significant difference to the control group(P>0.05).The duodenum pH value of AA broilers in 0.1% and 1%adding group was significantly higher to 5%adding group(P<0.05).(5) Effects of metabolic organic acid on digestive enzyme of AA broilers.Compared with the control group, the pepsase activities of glandular stomach in group 1%and 5% were significantly lower(P<0.05).the pepsase activities of duodenum in treatment groups showed a decreasing tendency with dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid increasing, but with no differences(P>0.05).The lipase activities in each group had no differences(P>0.05).(6) Effects of metabolic organic acid on intestinal mucosal morphology of AA broilers. The duodenum villus height of the broilers in 5%adding group was very significantly lower to other groups(P<0.01), the duodenum crypt depth of broilers was significantly higher to other groups P<0.05). The jejunum villus height in 0.1% and 1% adding group was increased by 2.01%and 1.13%(P>0.05). The ratio of villus height/ crypt depth of duodenum and jejunum has no difference between the control group 、0.1% and 1% adding group(P>0.05),but 5% adding group was very significantly lower to other three groups(P<0.01).According to above results, 0.1% metabolic organic acid can promote growth for broilers,1% metabolic organic acid do not effect the growth for broilers, 5% metabolic organic will inhibit growth for broilers. Dietary supplemented with metabolic organic acid can improve the content of serum uric acid and glucose, decrease the pepsase activities of glandular stomach. There is some influences on the absorption function of small intestine.
