Effects Of Compound Probiotic Fermentation Broth On Growth Performance,blood Biochemical Indexes And Intestinal Morphology Of Broilers | | Posted on:2023-11-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y P Tan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2543307142971149 | Subject:Agriculture | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this study,we investigated the effects of the addition of compound probiotic fermentation broth to the diets of broilers on their performance,blood biochemical indicators and intestinal morphology.A total of 600 four-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into three groups: the control group(basic diet /g),Test group F(basic diet/g+4% F composite probiotic fermentation broth),Test group Y(basic diet /g+4% Y composite probiotic fermentation broth),10 replicates per group,20 per replicate,Pre-feeding period of5 d,Formal period of 47 d,divided into 9-21,22-42 and 43-56 day-old three stages.The test results were as follows:1.There was no significant effect of compound probiotics fermentation broth on the growth performance of yellow-feather broilers in the three stages(P>0.05).Later in the experiment(43–56 days),compared with the control group,Group Y significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of broilers by 6.44%(P<0.05).2.There was no significant effect of compound probiotics fermentation broth on the slaughter performance of yellow-feather broilers(P>0.05).The leg muscle rate in treatment group Y was 26.21% higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In treatment group F,the p H of the leg muscle increased by 3.74% to p H45min(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the digestibility of calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were significantly increased in treatment group Y(P<0.05),by 3.10% and 11.68%,respectively;The fermentation broth of that two composite probiotic remarkably improved the digestibility of calcium(Ca)(P<0.01),by 10.43% and 13.29%,respectively,and the digestibility of crude fat(EE)(P=0.078)and crude fib(CF)(P=0.057)tended to be improved.4.Compared with the control group,the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total protein(TP)levels of the chickens in test group Y were significantly increased by 60.11% and20.96%,respectively(P<0.01);Serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and albumin(ALB)were significantly increased by 36.02% and 16.19%(P<0.05),and high density lipoprotein(HLDC)showed a decreasing trend(P=0.067).Compared with the control group,the serum concentrations of immunoglobulin A(Ig A)and immunoglobulin M(Ig M)in treatment group Y were increased by 29.91% and 27.3%,respectively(P<0.05).5.In the duodenum,Y pole of the experimental group significantly increased the villous height(V)and villous height/crypt depth(V/C)values of the duodenum by 15.22% and43.65%,respectively(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the crypt depth(C)value by 20.10%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the villous height/crypt depth(V/C)values of Y jejunum and ileum in the experimental group were increased by 22.08% and 18.36%(P<0.05).6.The compound probiotics fermentation broth improved the economic benefits of yellow-feathered broilers.Compared with the control group,each broiler in experimental group F and Y could increase the income of 0.17 yuan and 0.3 yuan,and the benefits were increased by 2.14% and 3.77% respectively compared with the control group.In summary,the addition of the composite probiotic fermentation broth could improve the apparent nutrient digestibility and body immune ability of yellow-feather broilers,improve the intestinal morphology to a certain extent,and significantly improve the economic benefits.Based on the measured indicators,the effect of Y composite probiotic fermentation broth was better. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | compound probiotics fermentation broth, yellow-feather broiler, growth performance, blood biochemistry, immunity, intestinal morphology | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
