In this study,we investigated the effects of the addition of compound probiotic fermentation broth to the diets of broilers on their performance, blood biochemical indicators and intestinal morphology.A total of 600 four-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into three groups: the control group(basic diet /g),Test group F(basic diet/g+4% F composite probiotic fermentation broth),Test group Y(basic diet /g+4% Y composite probiotic fermentation broth),10 replicates per group,20 per replicate,Pre-feeding period of5 d,Formal period of 47 d,divided into 9-21,22-42 and 43-56 day-old three stages. The test results were as follows:1.There was no significant effect of compound probiotics fermentation broth on the growth performance of yellow-feather broilers in the three stages(P>0.05).Later in the experiment(43–56 days),compared with the control group,Group Y significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of broilers by 6.44%(P<0.05).2.There was no significant effect of compound probiotics fermentation broth on the slaughter performance of yellow-feather broilers(P>0.05).The leg muscle rate in treatment group Y was 26.21% higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In treatment group F,the p H of the leg muscle increased by 3.74% to p H45min(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group, the digestibility of calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were significantly increased in treatment group Y(P<0.05),by 3.10% and 11.68%,respectively;The fermentation broth of that two composite probiotic remarkably improved the digestibility of calcium(Ca)(P<0.01),by 10.43% and 13.29%,respectively,and the digestibility of crude fat(EE)(P=0.078)and crude fib(CF)(P=0.057)tended to be improved.4.Compared with the control group, the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total protein(TP)levels of the chickens in test group Y were significantly increased by 60.11% and20.96%,respectively(P<0.01);Serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and albumin(ALB)were significantly increased by 36.02% and 16.19%(P<0.05),and high density lipoprotein(HLDC)showed a decreasing trend(P=0.067).Compared with the control group, the serum concentrations of immunoglobulin A(Ig A)and immunoglobulin M(Ig M)in treatment group Y were increased by 29.91% and 27.3%,respectively(P<0.05).5.In the duodenum,Y pole of the experimental group significantly increased the villous height(V)and villous height/crypt depth(V/C)values of the duodenum by 15.22% and43.65%,respectively(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the crypt depth(C)value by 20.10%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the villous height/crypt depth(V/C)values of Y jejunum and ileum in the experimental group were increased by 22.08% and 18.36%(P<0.05).6.The compound probiotics fermentation broth improved the economic benefits of yellow-feathered broilers.Compared with the control group, each broiler in experimental group F and Y could increase the income of 0.17 yuan and 0.3 yuan, and the benefits were increased by 2.14% and 3.77% respectively compared with the control group. In summary, the addition of the composite probiotic fermentation broth could improve the apparent nutrient digestibility and body immune ability of yellow-feather broilers, improve the intestinal morphology to a certain extent, and significantly improve the economic benefits.Based on the measured indicators, the effect of Y composite probiotic fermentation broth was better.
