The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different energy and protein levels on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of beef cattle. Determine the optimum level of energy and protein for the best performance and economic benefits of the beef cattle. And establishing the test data to a database and production into software whitch can be convenient, fast and practical for the beef cattle production to provide theoretical and practical guidance.Part one: materials and methodsExperiment one: Effects of different energy levels on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of the beef cattle.Choose 1.5-2 years old, average weight of 320±23kg, similar body condition, healthy and free from diseases growth normal development of Simmental crossbred beef cattle 60 heads, using random grouping design, divided into four groups(n=15). Treatment grou p of dietary energy(NEg) levels were A: 4.83, B: 5.03, C: 5.23, D: 5.43(MJ/kg) four gradient.Experiment two: Effects of different protein levels on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of the beef cattle.Choose 1.5-2 years old, average weight for 313±19kg, similar body condition, healthy and free from diseases growth normal development of Simmental crossbred beef cattle 60 heads, random grouping design, divided into four groups(n=15). Treatment grou p of the protein levels were H: 13.99, I: 14.99, M: 15.99, N: 17.00(%).Experiment three: Using Adobe Dreamweaver to establish the database and make the test data into software.Part two: ResultExperiment one:(1) With the increase of the dietary energy level, the grou p B, C, D of cattle body size and body weight index was significantly increased than the grou p A(P<0.05), body mass index of C group compared with D group has no significant difference(P>0.05);(2) B, C, D group, the index of HDL, LDL, GLU, TG increased with dietary energy levels were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05); C group and D group, GLU and HDL had no significant differencecompared with B group(P>0.05); LDL, C group and D group difference was not significant, but LDL, D group increased with dietary level was significantly than C group( P<0.05). TC also increased with the increase of the energy level of the diet, but the difference was not s ignificant(P>0.05); The impact of dietary energy levels of BUN, TP, ALB, GLOB, ALT, AST, AKP, LDH, is not significant.(3)The average daily income of cattle fertility of A, B, C, D group was 10.87 yuan, 14.57 yuan, 17.43 yuan, 16.82 yuan, the energy(NEg) level of C group was 5.23(MJ/kg), the highest average daily income.Experiment two:(1)Increased dietary protein levels I, M, N three groups of weight were significantly higher than those in group H(P<0.05), body weight gain in group I, group M, N respectively compared with H group were significantly higher than those in group H( P<0.05), the weight of I, M, N, groups was not significant(P>0.05);(2)Diets with different protein levels had no significant effect on blood BUN, TC, TG, TP, ALB, GLOB, ALT, A KP, LDH, HDL, and LDL(P>0.05), GLU the difference between M group and group N was not significant( P>0.05), I group was significantly higher than that of H group, M group and N group were significantly higher than those in I group(P<0.05). Compared with group I and group N, there were significant differences in M group(P<0.05).AST group H was significantly higher than that of I group(P<0.05), there was significant difference between group M and group N compared with group I of AST(P<0.05).(3)The average daily income of cattle fertility of H, I, M, N group were 16.30 yuan, 17.45 yuan, 17.19 yuan, 15.82 yuan, the protein level of I group is 14.99%, the highest average daily income.Experiment three: The test data was collected, and the reference value of the p roduction index and blood index of the frame were obtained, and the software was embodied in the form of software.Part three: ConclusionExperiment one: The income of C group is highest; As the dietary energy levels increase, effect on fattening beef cattle myocardial health also improved significantly.Experiment two: The income of I group is highest; As the dietary protein levels increase,of and energy levels, liver function impact on beef cattle fattening also improved significantly.Experiment three: The experiment one and experiment two rack cattle fattening the best energy and protein data to establish a database and make software, production guidance for the application of cattle fattening.
