With the rapid development of dairy industry in our country, unit yield and scale gradually increased and TMR feeding technology was widely used in scale ranch. But the "high pitch, highly productive" development model made our dairy-farming industry at a disadvantage in the international competition. In order to improve the market competitiveness and the capability to withstand risks, our dairy-farming industry need to improve the conversion rate of the diet, unit yield and the quality of the milk urgently. Seven scale ranchs of Heilongjiang Reclamation Aerawere selected to assesse nutrition level of TMR compareing with NRC(2001). Basic data would help increase benifits of farm.Exp.1 Understood the raising status in scale ranch through the investigation. The result showed that the dairy cow varieties, raising methods, milking frequency were all the same. The forage to concentrate ratio ranged(45:55)-(63:37). Roughages of corn silage, import alfalfa and Leymus chinensis were used commonly.Exp.2 Daily milk yield and composition of milk samples. The result showed that the daily milk yield of dairy cows was all over 30 kg. The rate of butterfat for ranch D was 2.78%,lower than other ranchs significantly(P<0.05). The SCC were under 100000 and breeding management at a higher level for each ranch.Exp.3 Determination of conventional nutrient of the TMR for the 7 ranchs. The result showed that the difference between the contents of CP for ranch A, E, F, G and the NRC(2001) recommended was not significant. The difference between the contents of CP for ranch B, C, D and the NRC(2001) recommended was significant; However, the content of EE for ranch A, E, F, G were higher than ranch B, C and D significantly(P<0.05). The content of NDF was higher than NRC(2001) recommended significantly(P<0.05); The difference between the content of ADF and the NRC(2001) recommended was not significant(P>0.05).Exp.4 Rumen dynamic degeradability of the TMR. Three Chinese-Holstein dairy cows fitted with rumen fistula were chosn to evaluate the disappearance rates of DM and CP using nylon-bag technique. The result showed that the effective degradability rates of CP and NDF for ranch A,E,F,G were higher than ranch B, C and D, but the difference was not significant( P>0.05); The effective degradability of DM and ADF also showed that trend(P>0.05).All test results can be concluded:(1) The milk yield and milk composition for the seven ranchs which we chosen for the study were closely relative to the nutrition level positively.(2) The cows yield was affected by the rumen degradation of TMR significa ntly. The RDP/RUP balance of the ranch which has the more productive than others was more ideal.(3) Which one has the higher rate of the effective degradability, its incone was also higher.
