| Roughages are the most important forages of dairy,Provide main nutrients for dairy cows.The quality of Roughages is influenced by growth period. In this article,26kinds of common Roughages were selected to discuss nutrition value. The effective degradation rate of Roughages were analysed by nylon bag technique, and small intestinal digestibility of rumen undegraded material was estimated by the mobile nylon bag method. The results were as follows:(1) Research on conventional nutrient feed sampleRoutine testing of nutritional components in26kinds of common dairy forages was determined by NRC method.Test materials were10kinds of straw,Corn stalk, corn leaves1, corn leaves2, yellow storagel, yellow storage2, rice straw, wheat straw, pea seedling, peanut, millet straw. The result showed that the content of CP measured by NRC method was respectively5.70%,6.04%,8.66%,6.53%,7.17%,5.37%,5.77%,6.62%,10.40%and4.50%, the content of NDF was respectively50.42%,55.96%,50.97%,63.31%,57.60%,62.92%,67.31%,59.38%,41.16%and68.23%, the straw of ADF was respectively28.66%,31.12%,30.77%,38.23%,37.77%,37.90%,42.22%,47.39%,36.54%and41.77%in Corn stalk, corn leaves1, corn leaves2, yellow storage1, yellow storage2, rice straw, wheat straw, pea seedling, peanut, millet straw. In this three kinds of forage grasses, hybrid giant napier, Chinese wildrye, alfalfa, the content of CP was respeceively5.67%,9.11%and11.75%, the content of NDF was respeceively75.00%,71.12%and52.81%, the content of ADF was respeceively33.21%,33.64%and36.26%.The result showed that the content of cp was respectively22.77%,26.92%,40.38%,17.22%,26.28%,5.85%,18.40%and27.03%; the content of NDF was respeceively46.36%,29.92%,25.92%,33.55%,25.66%,42.73%,39.94%and57.02%, the content of ADF was respeceively28.59%,12.33%,16.34%,10.28%,18.34%,30.93%,11.14%and19.51%in Distiller’s grains, DDGS, linseed cake, wheat bran, beer lees, apple residue, bran, brewers grain. In six different silage, whole-plant corn silage1(gansu), whole-plant corn silage2(shangdong), whole-plant corn silage3(sichuan), whole-plant corn silage4(shanxi), whole-plant corn silage5(shenyang), Wheat straw silage (shanxi), the content of CP was respeceively7.39%,8.24%,8.36%,8.59%,8.06%and6.65%; the content of NDF was respeceively50.62%,47.93%,57.70%,55.67%,55.41%and66.20%; the content of ADFwas respeceively30.88%,32.53%,34.36%,35.38%,35.18%and41.76%.(2) Study on rumen dynamic degeradabilitySix cows with permanent rumen fistual were chosen and single-factor expeirmental design was selected to determine the degradability rate of26kinds of common dairy forages.The result showed that the effective degradability of DM was respectively41.89%,42.31%,33.78%,38.79%,37.36%,29.94%,33.03%,39.55%,43.70%and30.73%; the effective degradability of CP was respectively36.33%,38.47%,36.06%,39.10%,32.95%,33.02%and28.56%, the effective degradability of NDF was respectively40.34%,36.60%,31.25%,43.77%,37.32%,35.60%,33.47%,36.21%,47.26%and31.96%, the effective degradability of ADF was respectively30.96%,32.47%,26.54%,34.94%,32.45%,29.59%,28.87%,33.30%,37.16%and28.48%in Corn stalk, corn leaves1, corn leaves2, yellow storage1, yellow storage2, rice straw, wheat straw, pea seedling, peanut, millet straw. In this three kinds of forage grasses, hybrid giant napier, Chinese wildrye, alfalfa, the effective degradability of DM was respeceively31.34%,38.34%and55.41%, the effective degradability of CP was respeceively31.30%,38.10%and69.60%, the effective degradability of NDF was respeceively32.30%,30.51%and35.21%, the effective degradability of ADF was respeceively28.54%,34.06%and38.01%. The result showed that the effective degradability of DM was respectively27.27%,63.21%,54.55%,65.64%,58.43%,58.66%,61.39%and26.09%, the effective degradability of CP was respeceively434.36%,65.84%,46.74%,67.71%,67.05%,46.33%,71.28%and35.73%, the effective degradability of NDF was respeceively25.88%,41.98%,46.79%,47.22%,41.35%,40.65%,48.75%and40.53%, he effective degradability of ADF was respeceively25.54%,33.11%,35.20%,27.71%,43.01%,36.23%,27.89%and23.40%in Distiller’s grains, DDGS, linseed cake, wheat bran, beer lees, apple residue, bran, brewers grain. The result showed that small intestine digestibility of DM measured by mobile nylon bag was respectively22.00%,17.77%,21.91%,9.05%,9.81%,11.86%,9.02%,14.76%,15.88%and8.23%, small intestine digestibility of RUP was respecitively68.09%,68.76%,31.03%,49.30%,58.18%,56.72%,37.78%,45.96%,69.45%and36.09%in corn stalk, corn leaves1, corn leaves2, yellow storage1, yellow storage2, rice straw, wheat straw, pea seedling, peanut, millet straw. In this three kinds of forage grasses, hybrid giant napier, Chinese wildrye, alfalfa, the small intestine digestibility of DM was respeceively6.98%,11.64%and24.30%, the small intestine digestibility of RUP was respeceively34.66%,36.32%and47.99%. The result showed that the small intestine digestibility of DM was respectively20.55%,47.96%,63.78%,25.67%,18.24%,26.46%,21.19%and18.57%, the small intestine digestibility of RUP was respeceively55.18%,88.03%,89.20%,82.18%,66.32%,32.14%,71.42%and68.19%in Distiller’s grains, DDGS, linseed cake, wheat bran, beer lees, apple residue, bran, brewers grain. In six different silage, whole-plant corn silage1(gansu), whole-plant corn silage2(shangdong), whole-plant corn silage3(sichuan), whole-plant corn silage4(shanxi), whole-plant corn silage5(shenyang), Wheat straw silage (shanxi), the small intestine digestibility of DM was respeceively21.58%,16.92%,23.57%,21.23%,15.46%and11.54%, the small intestine digestibility of RUP was respeceively62.34%,61.79%,64.14%,58.09%,31.64%and65.96%.(4) Study on the rumen degradability of16h AAThe ruminal degradation rates of TAA of alfalfa after cultured for16h in the rumen were higher than other feeds,78.86%, millet straw is the lowest,16.42%. The ruminal degradation rate of Lys was higher than Met.(5) Study on AA small intestine digestibilitySmall intestinal digestibility of RUP-TAA, RUP-Lys and RUP-Met in food by-products were higher than roughages. Small intestinaldigestibility of RUP-Arg of most feedstuffs were higher than other RUP-AA, RUP-Lys was higher than RUP-Met. |
