China is an agricultural country, so its application of agricultural innovation has broad prospects. Greenhouse is the important infrastructure in agriculture. Its development towards the direction of intelligent gains more and more attention. In recent year, with the development of internet, communication technology, and computer, the control system of greenhouse is increasingly technically developed. Traditional greenhouse mainly controlled by wire communication and in artificial way. It is low efficiency and high-cost. And the maintenance is very difficult.As the development of wireless sensor network technology and embedded technology, the greenhouse control system faces a new change. ZigBee is well received, due to its features of low power consumption, low cost, and low complexity. ZigBee, exclusive sensors, and intelligent terminal equipment are jointly used which makes data information in the greenhouse could be controlled in real time. In this background, a set of greenhouse control system is designed based on ZigBee technology in this thesis.The demand of the greenhouse control system is analyzed at first. The designing goal and technical factors are set then. Finally the overall design of the system is given. According to the functional demand, four types of sensor modules are selected, including temperature and humidity sensor, light sensor, soil moisture sensor, relay sensor. The interface circuit of Chip CC2530 and sensor modules is illustrated in the thesis. Protocol stack of ZigBee is introduced. Software flow diagram of terminal node, routing node, and the coordinator node are given in the designing of functional nodes, thus forming the self-organizing network. At last, the performance of organized network is tested via ZTOOLIn addition,4G、WiFi or Ethernet would be used as data transmission carrier, realizing the communication between Android client and distributed wireless sensor nodes. By the functional analysis of the gateway, the realization of the gateway service program are given in the thesis. What’s more, three communication protocols are introduced including the communication protocol of protocol stack, the serial communication protocol, and the communication protocol of application layer. On account of these three protocols, the process of data communication is tested by using the serial port tool.In the end, the definition and implementation of the Android client software function are illustrated. And functions of software are demonstrated.
