As China out of poverty a crucial strategic comprehensive victory,as the crucial battleground poverty in Guizhou,industry achievements in their poverty reduction strategy,during the construction of a large number of vegetables is protected for production base,in the big market in great poverty also increases the security of Guizhou province vegetable basket self-sufficiency and,in the new vegetable base of operations,in order to improve the yield and quality of vegetables,Mainly through the construction of greenhouse production and planting,planting crops for high economic value of the solanum vegetables,and greenhouse can adjust the indoor climate to improve crop yield,and can realize the planting of off-season crops.Therefore,the study of intelligent greenhouse monitoring system suitable for planting cash crops in Guizhou can reduce production costs,and then obtain high economic benefits,and lay a certain foundation for long-term stable operation of vegetable base and prevention of poverty.In the intelligent greenhouse monitoring system,the information of temperature,humidity and light intensity are the most important environmental factors that affect the yield and quality of vegetables in the greenhouse.The distributed environmental information collection and control in the greenhouse has become the research focus of the greenhouse.In distributed environment information collection,multi-point information collection in greenhouses is particularly important.The traditional greenhouse mainly adopts the artificial way to monitor and control,which has a series of disadvantages such as high cost,low control precision and complex operation.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of low monitoring automation of the existing greenhouses,This paper designed a Zigbee network based intelligent greenhouse monitoring system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research background and development status of intelligent greenhouse monitoring system at home and abroad are analyzed,the mainstream solutions of intelligent greenhouse monitoring system are comprehensively compared,and an intelligent greenhouse monitoring system based on Zigbee network is designed.(2)Studied the environmental parameters and communication requirements to be collected in greenhouse,and designed a data transmission network based on Zigbee technology,which consists of Zigbee terminal node,Zigbee coordinator and background cloud server.The main function of Zigbee terminal node is to collect environmental information and execute upper computer instructions,and the main function of Zigbee Coordinator is to realize the important bridge of information interaction between Zigbee terminal node and remote background cloud server or Android mobile phone.Zigbee terminal nodes use temperature and humidity,light intensity,carbon dioxide concentration,soil PH value and other sensors to collect information.Multiple Zigbee terminal nodes are networked using Zigbee star network,and the Zigbee coordinator communicates with the host computer using ESP8266 WIFI.(3)Develop related hardware drivers,APP programs and automatic control programs in order to realize greenhouse data collection,communication between upper and lower computers and remote control.The software of the lower computer is written in C language,including sensor driver,node networking program and WIFI communication driver.The upper computer program is written in C# language,which mainly involves the development of APP program in Android system.After connecting with Zigbee coordinator,the upper computer obtains the data collected from multiple nodes of the display lower computer,and at the same time,it can issue control instructions to control the relay work of the lower computer.Thus,it can control the greenhouse film rolling system,sunshade system,sprinkler drip irrigation system for action.(4)According to the climate characteristics of the test site and the growth law of eggplant planted in greenhouses,the intelligent control mode of greenhouses was designed based on fuzzy proportional integral and differential(PID)algorithm,and the temperature control and drip irrigation control of greenhouses were realized,which provided an automatic control scheme for realizing energy saving,labor saving and increase of vegetable planting in greenhouses.
