Investigation of forest resources, forestry workers using equipment and technology is a means of ensuring the smooth conduct of investigation, survey data is an important guarantee for accuracy. Because of the terrain in the forest complex and murky and damp forest, forest faced many problems, has brought new challenges to measuring equipment, developed a series of easy to use in the forest ground measuring instruments on forestry practice has practical significance. This study is oriented towards the needs of forest resources monitoring, meet the standards of forest survey and precision, portability, power, accuracy, non-destructive testing-characteristics and research forest observation equipment and observation methods, main results are as follows:Development MINI Super station instrument, has automatically measurement tree high and dbh and angle rules function, research modern forest observation method, in Beijing sample to test results showed that,3D angle rules sample to observation method of average relative errors:forest points average high 1.28%, and forest points average dbh 1.62%, and forest points density 4.78%, and forest points accumulation volume 1.01%, two people 20-25 minutes can completed sample to observation, can meet forest a survey requirements; 7 tree tree sample to observation method of average relative errors:Forest points average high 5.04%, and forest points average dbh 3.1%, and forest points density 9.94%, and forest points accumulation volume 9.47%, a people 7-10 minutes can completed sample to observation, can meet forest three class survey requirements; round sample to observation method of average relative errors:forest points average high 3.32%, and forest points average dbh 3.89%, and forest points density 3.64%, and forest points accumulation volume 8.97%, three people 20-25 minutes can completed sample to observation, can meet forest Ⅱ class survey requirements.Establishment of larch diameter rings model, Beijing land test results show that the growth models of Larix squared correlation coefficient R2 was 0.8228, squared correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9946 arborvitae growth model using larch dbh growth rings observation sheet can be approximately estimated by tree-ring data. Exploratory study on CT rings measuring technology and principle of NMR ring technique and method, test results showed that CT rings can, any tree measurement, rendering image clear, direct radiation; NMR ring only live wood, adjust parameters, render the image is clear and no side effects on operators; X-ray and ultrasound are not suitable for measuring growth rings; existing technologies can develop portable NMR ring device, portable CT rings measuring devices still need to resolve some technical problems.Principle and method of study on the root system of radar detection technology, trial root system of radar detection equipment, study the structure and composition of its hardware, outdoor test verifies the feasibility of root system of radar detection, treatment and utilization of GR within the industry analysis of geological radar processing systems to radar images clearly.
