In recent years, continuous cropping obstacle has become a major problem restricting the development of China’s facilities and vegetable industry, and has received extensive attention. The research focuses on two major types of soil health maintenance and continuous cropping obstacles. This study mainly focused on the effect of different material combinations on the health of continuous cropping soil, and established a long-term and long-term orientation experiment of tomato continuous cropping soil in greenhouse. The greenhouse and field micro plot experiment and on the amount of compound fertilizer based, effects of chicken manure and rice straw+K2SO4+CaO MRKCa, chicken+K2SO4+CaO MKCa, chicken manure and rice straw+K2SO4(MRK), of chicken manure and straw+CaO MRCa, chicken+K2SO4 (MK), of chicken manure and straw(MR), chicken manure+CaO(MCa), and chicken manure (m) on the yield and quality of tomato and soil in different forms of calcium content. Another application compound fertilizer only in the application of chicken manure(M*)and no fertilizer(CK).The results were as follows.1 the plant height and stem diameter of tomato plants were improved by the treatment of different material combinations. For plant height, MKCa and M treatments were more prominent, and the effect of M* and MRK treatment on stem diameter was obvious. Whether in tomato plants early or late, straw, calcium or potassium fertilizer processing tomato plant dry weight, root/shoot ratio were increased, but the increase range is limited; the combination of chicken manure(M)+calcium oxide(CaO) treatment on tomato root shoot ratio greater impact, chicken manure and calcium oxide processing(MCa) tomato late plant dry weight, root/shoot Bibi chicken manure(M) treatment increased by 16.7%.2. The fertilization treatment of chlorophyll of tomato plants, tomato leaf stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate were all improved in different degrees; calcium treatment over a calcium free treatment (MK, MR, MRK) (MKCa, MRCa, MRKCa) tomato leaf transpiration rate, respectively improve the 14.2%,2.3%,53.35.%; chicken manure and potassium sulfate processing (MK) tomato intercellular CO2 concentration than chicken manure (M) treatment increased by 14%.3 the content of nitrate in tomato, the content of Vc, the ratio of sugar to acid and the yield of tomato were increased in different degree. Potassium treatment (MRKCa, MKCa, MRK, MK) than the corresponding non potassium treatment(MRCa, MCa, MR, M) soluble sugar content, Vc content were significantly improved, the total acidity decreased significantly. Chicken manure+potassium sulfate(MK) processing tomato fruit Vc content and soluble sugar than chicken manure(M) treatments were increased by 55% and 33%, total acidity decreased by 25%. A calcium treatment(MRKCa, MKCa, MRCa, MCa) yield and fruit weight of tomato is larger than that of calcium treatment(MRK, MK, MR, M).4. Tomato yield and net optical synthetic rate(Pn), stomatal Guide(Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), stem diameter and other four indicators are positively correlated, and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) there is a negative correlation between; and plant height had little correlation.5 the content of root, stem and Ye Gai of the plant was improved in different degree. (MRKCa, MKCa, MCa, MRCa) application of calcium than the corresponding free calcium content in calcium treatment (MRK, MK, M, MR) in plant root, stem were increased by 63.5%,52.3%; 54.8%,46.5%; 16.2%,65%; 21.1%,62.6%. Shi Jiafei’s treatment(MRKCa, MKCa) than the non potassium treatment (MRCa, MCa) in vivo root calcium content increased by 55% and 6.79% respectively. The content of calcium in the stems and leaves of the plants treated with potassium fertilizer (MRKCa, MKCa) was increased by 35.5%,3.8%, 66.5% and 67.7% respectively than that in the non potassium treatment (MRCa, MCa) plants. The processing of calcium fertilizer (MKCa, MCa) than those without calcium treatment (MK, M) the calcium content in plant leaves were increased by 62.3% and 47.2%.6. MCa and MRCa water soluble calcium content is relatively high; MRCa MRKCa processing acid soluble calcium content is relatively high; m, MK, MKCa exchangeable calcium content is relatively high; improve the content of calcium fertilizer, potash fertilizer, straw processing three forms of calcium in varying degrees, which from the water soluble forms of calcium in the direction considered, chicken manure and calcium oxide (MCa) processing relatively better performance of the combination, chicken manure and calcium oxide (MCa) treatment in soil water soluble forms of calcium content than chicken manure (m) treatment increased by 67.8%,63.2% and 26.9% in the flowering stage, fruiting stage and uprooting period respectively. From acid soluble forms of calcium direction is taken into consideration, the calcium MRCa chicken manure and rice straw+oxidation treatment relatively better performance of the combination, calcium MRCa chicken manure and rice straw+oxidation treatment soil acid soluble forms of calcium content than chicken manure and rice straw (MR) treatment increased by 8.4%,19% and 54% in the flowering stage, fruiting stage and uprooting period respectively. From exchange forms of calcium in the direction considered, chicken manure+potassium sulfate (MK) processing relatively better performance of the combination, chicken manure and potassium sulfate (MK) in the soil exchange forms of calcium content than chicken manure (M) treatment increased by 10%, 14% and 4.1% in the flowering stage, fruiting stage and uprooting period respectively. In summary, under the experimental conditions, from the viewpoint of tomato yield, quality and soil calcium angle, chicken manure and potassium(MK)+calcium oxide(MCa) treatment is more appropriate for the continuous cropping to maintain soil health has a certain reference value.
