Armeniaca sibirica is a tree species of prunodeae for rosaceae, that is an important ecological and economic species in north of China, At the same time it has a high ornamental value. Acer negundo’Auratum’is a tree species of Aceraceae, that is an excellent color-leaf and garden greening tree species in north of China, At the same time it has an excellent four-side tree planting species. Based on Armeniaca sibirica and Acer negundo’Auratum’as test materials,We conduct research from plant hormones、position of cutting、cuttings length different time for cutting and cutting medium. At the same time the Morphological and Anatomic Study for two tree species,In order to research adventitious root formation process and rooting types of cuttings. The main results are as follows:(1)In orthogonal experiments of cuttage technique of green branch for Armeniaca sibirica, The effects of different factors treatment on the rooting rate with cuttings were:Plant hormones>Treatment time>Cuttings length>Position of cutting. It is the highest rooting percentage of Armeniaca sibirica Cuttings in different periods at August 6,that is 56.7%.It is the best root effect index of Armeniaca sibirica Cuttings in different periods at July 18, that is 2.5.At the same time there was no significant difference in the rooting rate and the optimal treatment. So we think that is the best cutting time.In contrast experiment of different cutting medium, River sand:vermiculite=3:1 was the best soil substrate for cutting propagation of Armeniaca sibirica, reached 69.3%. At the same time, the average number of rooting was the most, which was 24.3..In different plant hormones and different time for cutting. The rooting rate of IBA100mg/L+NAA100mg/L treated with 10min was the highest, reached 70%;The number of rooting was the most, which was 24.3.and root effect index was the best, which was 1.8.(2)In two orthogonal experiments of cuttage technique of green branch for Acer negundo’Auratum’.The effects of low concentration hormone soaking treatment on the rooting rate of cuttings were:Position of cutting>Plant hormones>Hormone concentration>Treatment time. The effects of high concentration hormone soaking treatment on the rooting rate of cuttings were:Hormone concentration>Position of cutting>Treatment time> Plant hormones. Comprehensive comparison of the two orthogonal test of the rooting index, low concentration of soaking treatment with high rooting rate, root effect index is good, at the same time can save production costs, Promotion and use of suitable production practice. In contrast test of different Plant hormones, the rooting rate of IBA300mg/L treated was the highest, reached 78.3%,The highest root effect index, reached 6.64.Hormone concentration was suitable for rooting of cuttings in the 300-1000mg/L range. In contrast test of different treatment time, the rooting rate of IBA500mg/L treated with 90s was the highest,reached80%.(3)Adventitious root formation is mainly based on the rooting of callus of cuttage technique of green branch for Armeniaca sibirica, There are small part of epidermis rooting,There was no root primordium in anatomical structure of Armeniaca sibirica cuttings, it belong to the induced roots type species. The root primordium appeared in the cuttings after 5~15d; the induced root primordium stretched out from epidermis and callus, it belong to the mix rooting type species, around 30d most of the cuttings develop complete root, a large number of adventitious roots began to break through the epidermis after 15~25d.(4)There was no root primordium in anatomical structure of Acer negundo ’Auratum’ cuttings, it belong to the induced roots type species. The root primordium appeared in the cuttings after 5~10d; the induced root primordium stretched out from epidermis, it belong to the epidermis rooting type species, around 25d most of the cuttings develop complete root, a large number of adventitious roots began to break through the epidermis after 15~20d.
