China has a long history of planting soybeans, northern China is the main soybean producing areas, especially in the Northeast. A large-scale cultivation of soybeans has bean planted for many years. Fusarium be known as a kind of soil fungi living in the soil long-standing, and affecting the ecosystem soybean field soils, various types of soil, planted different soybean varieties and ecological environment changes greatly,Fusarium diversity is very complex in soil. In this study, we collected soybea.i rhizosphere soil in the northern China and analysis it. Systematicly studied the Fusarium diversity in the soil and its effect on soybean cyst nematode. The progress as following:1. The Fusarium diversity was very rich in soybean field soil in the northern China.Colleted 208 soil samples among 84 counties in 4 provinces (autonomous regions).. Separated and screened the Soil,416 Fusarium samples were obtained. By the methods of traditional morphological and biological characteristics analysis and molecular biology techniques, seven Fusarium spp. were classified and identified, include F.oxysporum, F.verticillioides, F.graninearum, Fcommune, F.proliferatum, F.solani, F.equiseti. The F.commune was first reported in soybean fields in China.2. The isolation frequencies of Fusarium were made clear in northern soybean field sous. Analysised the proportion of different Fusarium, the biggest percentage is F. oxysporum(50.73%)and followed by F. solani (32.04%). F. oxysporum, which were the main species in the soybean fields of northern China.3. The biocontrol potential was studied for the Fusarium strain broth against to the J2 of soybean cyst nematode(Heterodera glycines) physiological race 3. Through the influence of nematicides activity based on the fermented liquid of some strains found that among 339 Fusarium about 173 strains has high effect on soybean cyst nematode, The fatality rate of nematode were above 75%,50.03% of the total number of bacteria. There were 7 strains have high lethal effect of nematode, especially, H0039 in 12h mortality rate can reach 93%, the effect was most significant.According to the modern molecular biology and traditional morphological and biological methods, the biodiversity of Fusarium in the soybean field of the Northern China were studied and analyzed for the different strains. The rapid detection method was also discussed for Fusarium in soil for the soil. Provides reference for the study of soil Fusarium oxysporum diversity and its biocontrol...
