Pathogenic infection on plants may affect interactions of host-plants with their herbivores, as well as the herbivores with their predators, to make sure the relationship between the plant pathogens and the three trophic levels of the plant and the insect natural enemies has important significance, it will provide a new idea for the comprehensive management of pests and diseases in the field. The brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens(Stal), is an important pest of long-distance migration of rice, It seriously affects the rice yield. Rice bacterial blight is the main disease of rice, the rice areas in China have, on rice yield harm larger. Field to rice bacterial blight disease occurrence is often accompanied by BPH harm, if between clear rice bacterial blight and BPH and natural enemies triple trophic level interactions can provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive management of the BPH and rice bacterial blight. Therefore, this topic to bacterial blight-rice-BPH-Cyrtorhinus lividipennis as the research object through a variety of behavior science and electrophysiological methods, research for the rice bacterial blight infection at different time on growth, development and reproduction of BPH and natural enemies Cyrtorhinus lividipennis host location behavior, and rice volatile effects of volatiles and their nutrition condition, combined with field test research on rice bacterial blight infection after different time of BPH and natural enemies population effect. The main results are as follows:1 The infection of rice bacterial blight to BPH growth and reproductive effects.Through EPG and other technical means to study the rice bacterial blight infection after different time of growth, development, reproduction, behavior of BPH. The results showed that the rice bacterial blight infection 3 days of feeding behavior of BPH was significantly inhibited, the duration of np and ph significantly higher than healthy rice and the duration of n4b significantly lower than healthy rice; Rice infected bacterial blight to BPH oviposition, hatching rate of eggs and nymphal duration had no significant effect.2 Effect of rice bacterial blight infection of BPH and natural enemies of Cyrtorhinus lividipennis host location behavior.Select experimental device of rice bacterial blight infection after different time of BPH and natural enemies Cyrtorhinus lividipennis host location behavior effect using the H-tube and simulation field. The results show that BPH significantly trend in rice Xoo infection for 5 days, significantly more tend to choose Xoo infection for 15 days of rice; Cyrtorhinus lividipennis significant trend to choose 5 days of healthy rice, tends to to choose disease and 10 days of BPH feeding of rice significantly, but there is no significant trend in other time selection behavior of BPH and Cyrtorhinus lividipennis.3 Extraction and determination of free amino acids and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of rice infected Xoo.By automatic amino acid determination instrument and GC-MS technique was used for the determination of 14 kinds of free amino acid and 24 kinds of VOCs, including 10 kinds of free amino acid content had significant difference; The sense of healthy and disease of rice VOCs in a total of 22 species were mainly including terpenes and aldehydes, ketones and esters, in which a-Pinene, Camphene,β-Phellandrene, 3-Hexanal, 1-Butanol,3-methyl-,acetate, D-Limonene, Heptane and n-Decanal significantly higher than healthy rice; The kind of herbivore-induced plant volatiles (HIPVs) reduced P-Phellandrene, 1-Butanol-3-methyl-acetate and 1-Butanol-2-methyl-acetate, increased 2,6,10-trimethyl-dodecane and toluene, the other VOCs have no change in category, a-Pinene,2,4-dmethyl-heptane, 2,6,10-trimethyl-dodecane and 3-Hexanal significantly higher than healthy rice, on the contrary only Tridecane significantly lower than healthy rice.4 Field trials on the number of BPH and natural enemies of Cyrtorhinus lividipennis population infected with Xoo.By artificial inoculation, the rice sense of Xoo populations of BPH and natural enemies Cyrtorhinus lividipennis were investigated. The results show that the 2013 field experiment:Xoo infected 15 days of rice BPH population was significantly higher than in healthy rice, Cyrtorhinus lividipennis population no difference; 2014 field experiment:Xoo infected 15 days of rice BPH parasitic rate was significantly greater than that of healthy rice.BPH, predation of bug, parasitic natural enemy, population of spiders compared to health rice had no significant difference.
