The development of advanced electrostatic spraying technology and dispensing device is surveyed in considering of environmental pollution caused by unadvanced plant-protection machinery. The internal structure of the high-pressure water sprayer is improved, taking the shortage of existing hydraulic high-pressure water jets into account, a kind of high-pressure electrostatic water sprayer is designed to reduce the damage to operators and environment caused by pesticide, and promote the sustainable development of agricultural production.Electrostatic spraying high-pressure water system designed in this paper is consisted of static pressure water nozzle, electrostatic generator, boom, high pressure spray liquid feeding tubes, kits, pressure pumps, batteries, and other components of electrostatic high table. High-pressure electrostatic water sprayer and electrostatic generator are mainly discussed, and the performance of sprayer is tested.(1) The droplet charge and moter process of High-pressure electrostatic water spraying are theoretically analysized. The nozzle rotating core is designed inside the sprayer, to make the high-pressure water has a strong core spin rotation tendency after quickly atomized spray; Sensing electrode is installed 12mm in front of hydraulic nozzles. The effect of charge is good in theory.(2) The least charge-to-mass ratio is 0.95mC/kg, verifying this high-pressure water spray device can achieve static electrostatic spraying pest control requirements; Spray range and spray width under different electrostatic pressure and spray pressure are tested. And test results show that:spray range and spray rate has continued increasing trend when electrostatic pressure and spray pressure are increased Spraying tests under different electrostatic pressure are conducted, the results show that:diameter of charged droplet is less than 100μm, and when the spray pressure and electrostatic pressure are increased, droplet size has continued decreasing trend; By orthogonal experiment to find out the plants in the next three best solution droplet deposition amountA3B3C1, namely static voltage-8.5kV spray pressure 2.5MPa horizontal distance 3.5m; By conventional electrostatic spray deposition and trial found an electrostatic spray droplet deposition amount was more than the amount of conventional spray droplet deposition, description electrostatic spray deposition significantly better than conventional spray.(3) The test results show that electrostatic generator is in good working condition, electrostatic spraying can be well conducted by high-pressure electrostatic water sprayer, the results of this study can be able to supply certain theoretical basis and experimental method, while still need effect test of field spraying.
