In resent years, as the development of the modern physical agriculture, electrostatic technology had been widely used in all fields,electrostatic field not only had positive effects on organisms,but also used for processing plant seeds、textiles、preservation role of fruits and vegetables、the dry material role and so on,it has the most prominent role in the agriculture fields.In this paper the author investigated the influenced range of High Voltage Electrostatic Field (HVEF) and the effects of the evaporation of tap water in airtight container when changing voltage、distance of electrode、electrode form、temperature of water.Use High voltage power supply establish the system of sealed electric field by needle-board composition. At first,measure the influence range of HVEF with experiment instrument, then put three petri dishes with equal amounts of tap water in the sealed electric field and contrast with the other group in the same environmental conditions,the experimental results show that:The current and the electric field strength proportional to the output voltage of high voltage power supply, and inversely proportional to the distance of electrode; when the distance of electrode is200mm,electrode form is single needle electrode,the rate of the vaporization increased nonlinearly with the supplied voltage;Effect of the HVEF on evaporation of water was divided into three stages: promote evaporation stage, plunged stage and stationary stage.In the experiment of the effect on changing distance of electrode in electric field,we measured that when the voltage and electrode form of electric field remain unchanged,the distance of electrode inversely proportional to the rate of the vaporization;When the voltage and the distance of electrode remain unchanged,electrode form were respectively used of more needle electrode、single needle electrode、line electrode,electric field with more needle electrode have the biggest impact on the rate of the vaporization,and then is single needle electrode,at last is line electrode;When the voltage、the distance of electrode and the electrode form remain unchanged,change the temperature of tap water,we found that the higher the temperature of the tap water,the rate of the vaporization was became bigger, the rate and the velocity of the vaporization increased linearly with the temperature of tap water.
