| The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Rhodiola Sachaliensis, Astragalus and Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc aqueous extract powder on tilapia anti low-temperature. The survival rate, blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of the fishes in each group was determined at 30℃ã€25℃ã€20℃ã€15℃ and 10℃.The main results were showed as below. 1. Function analysis of Rhodiola Sachaliensis on improving low-temperature tolerance characteristic of TilapiaAn experiment was conducted to study the effect of Rhodiola Sachaliensis aqueous extract powder on the tilapia under low-temperature. The fishes were divided into four groups: no additives group(control group, NC), R. achlinesi low dose group(0.1%), R. achlinesi mid dose group(0.2%) and R. achlinesi high dose group(0.4%). The fishes were fed at 30℃ for 2 weeks followed by the experimental temperature dropped from 30℃ to 10℃ with the rate of 0.5℃·d-1. The survival rate, blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of the fishes in four groups were determined at 30℃, 25℃, 20℃, 15℃ and 10℃. The results showed that the survival rates of the all adding R. achlinesi groups were significantly higher than that of the control group. At 10 ℃, compared with the control group, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, nitric oxide, malonaldehyde content of fishes in R. achlinesi supplement groups reduced, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); meanwhile superoxide dismutase levels and glutathione peroxidase activities in liver of fishes were significant increased with the increasing R. achlinesi level(P<0.05). In conclusion, R. achlinesi can play a positive role in resistant Low temperature of tilapia. 2. Function analysis of Astragalus on improving low-temperature tolerance characteristic of TilapiaIn this study, the effect of Astragalus aqueous extract powder on tilapia anti low-temperature was observed. The tilapia were divide into four groups: no additives group(control group, NC), Astragalus low dose group(0.1%)ã€Astragalus mid dose group(0.2%), Astragalus high dose group(0.4%). And the fishes were fed at 30℃ for 2 weeks followed by the experimental temperature dropped from 30℃ to 10℃ with the rate of 0.5℃·d-1. The survival rate, blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of the fishes in four groups were determined at 30℃ã€25℃ã€20℃ã€15℃ and 10℃. The results showed that the survival rate of the all adding Astragalus groups was significantly higher than the control group. At 10℃, compared with the control group, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, nitric oxide, malonaldehyde content of fishes in Astragalus supplement groups reduced, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities of fishes in Astragalus supplement groups increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), with greater effect at higher supplemental level. In conclusion, Astragalus can play a positive role in resistant cold stress of tilapia. 3. Function analysis of Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc on improving low-temperature tolerance characteristic of TilapiaIn this study, the effect of Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc aqueous extract powder on tilapia anti low-temperature was observed. The tilapia were divide into four groups: no additives group(control group, NC), Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc low dose group(0.1%)ã€Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc mid dose group(0.2%), Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc high dose group(0.4%). The survival rate, blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of the fishes in four groups were determined at 30℃ã€25℃ã€20℃ã€15℃ and 10℃. The results showed that the survival rate of the all adding Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc groups was significantly higher than the control group. At 10℃, compared with the control group, glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, nitric oxide, malonaldehyde content of fishes in Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc supplement groups reduced, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol showed no difference; superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities of fishes in Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc supplement groups increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), with greater effect at higher supplemental level. In conclusion, Zingiber ojjicinale Rosc can play a positive role in resistant cold stress of tilapia. |
