The up-film transplanting technology is widely used in vegetables, tobacco, sweet potatoes, corn, cotton and other crops. It has been relatively mature in view of the whole structure optimization and the ability of planting more both at home and abroad. However, it is only able to cover soil mechanical in bars. Aiming at the problem of insufficient daylights and, the low quality of covering soil, the research developed a up-film transplanting device in holes integrated with electromechanical technology. This study has finished the design of key components the control system, made a test device and test verification on the basis of a series of experiments on design parameters. The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The determination of design scheme Through analysis of many solutions, this research proposes an up-film transplanting design scheme based on the needs of up-film transplanting device.It has shunt regulation variable control, flow division adjustment and cover the soil with the planting simultaneously, membrane with a hole turns the soil transplanting machine turns the soil body design. Finally, We choose the chain plate as soil conveyor and impeller as dump device, step motor as driving power, photoelectric sensor to receive location information in cycles. The impeller starts to work when the hole device, whose body protects the seedlings, leaves the soil.(2)The design parameters of key parts In the research of soil covering test, the amount is respectively 50 ml and 65 ml.We did the structural design in turn of soil exhauster whose volume is 169.7 cubic centimeter, flow division adjusting device whose split ratio is 1 to 5 when the opening size is 10 mm,soil borrowing and transporting device whose volume is 838cm3.(3)The performance test on covering soil In order to do the study on the performance, We set up performance test-bed. We did three experiments based on this. The first test was aimed at the accuracy of the step motor. The type and parameters of the motor were determined as 86BYG25 D.Morever,we optimized acceleration and deceleration process. In the experiment on the impeller reliability, we designed three factors and three levels orthogonal test and determined the optimal combination by SPSS. When the drive voltage named U was 30 v,rotation number named R was 3,interrupt timer named T was 30μs, it worked well. The throwed distance was 130 mm and the effective volume was 105 ml.In the influence rank. U did the most impact on L and V. In the experiment on the installation position of hall sensor, we determined that the detection position was on the short crank, the angel was 32 degree the duck bill leaved the ground to be 15 mm.(3) The design of control system The photoelectric sensor detects the magnet linkage which works periodically. The impeller is drived in the specific position and time. It can adjust with the work speed adaptively. Based on the performance test, we completed the design of controller, position detection module, drive module, power supply system circuit and the program.(4)FEA on the drive shaft On the basis of force analysis, we use the Ansys software to check its strength and rigidity. The result showed the maximum stress is 159.64 Mpa happened in the input chain and the safety factor is 1.57.The maximum strain is 0.205401 mm happened near the belt wheel and its allowed deflection is 2.52 mm.(5)Test verification. We finished the up-film transplanting machine, combined soil-covering device and planting mechanism. Afterwards, we did the field performance test. The mean blade angle is 3 degrees. Compared with theoretical values, the fluctuating soil volume is 97 ml and 28 ml respectively in even and uneven ground. The vertical distance to the planting position is-13 mm,8mm,16 mm at 3 speeds of 0.5, 0.8,1.2 meters per second. The results showed that the overall unit device coordinated well. So it can realize the performance requirements.
