In this experiment,there are nine varieties of kiwifruits as test materials,including Jinnong No. 2, Chu Hong,Mao Hua, Gold fruit, Jin Kui, Xu Xiang, Jin Xiang, Hayward, Qin Mei.Base on the incidence of field surveys and disease index of kiwifruit canker,exploring the relationship between canker disease resistance and the morphological and physiological indexes.In order to determine which indicators can be used as indicators of ulcer disease.Specific results are as follows:(1) The resistance of canker disease different varieties of kiwifruitsAfter inoculating the kiwifruit canker pathogen on leaves of different kiwifruits, the results as follow: Mao Hua has high resistance. It is the high-resistant variety; Xu Xiang,Jin Kui,Jinnong No. 2,and Hayward have moderate resistance. They are the moderate-resistant variety; Qin Me and Jin Xiang has moderate susceptibility.They are the moderate susceptibility variety; Chu Hong and Gold fruit, have high susceptibility.They are high susceptibility varieties.(2) The morphological structures resistance mechanism of several kiwifruit varieties to kiwifruitUsing an optical microscope, microscopic dissection microscope and camera technology to take pictures and microscopic micrometer measurement technology, studying length,width,and density of branch skin hole,and the thickness of upper epidermis, lower epidermis,palisade tissue, spongy tissue,and length, width, density of stomata in the stage of young leaves and the stage of mature leaves.After statistical analysis, significant comparison between different varieties branches skin hole structure, leaf tissue structure.The result is that:length,width, and density of branch skin hole is closely related to ulcer disease resistance,high resistance to resistant varieties Mao Hua, moderate resistant varieties Xu Xiang branch skin hole overall length and density is less than susceptible varieties Chu Hung,Gold fruit,etc;Different varieties of kiwifruit in the stage of young leaves and the stage of mature leaves the leaf micro structure in which the upper epidermis, lower epidermis, palisade tissue, spongytissue thickness on each performance kiwi varieties are there are some differences, but the regularity is not obvious; leaf epidermal structure and stomata resistance obvious relationship,highly susceptible varieties Chu Hong stomata length greater than the height of resistant varieties Mao Hua Gold fruit unit area the number of pores larger than Mao Hua.(3) The physiological and biochemical resistant mechanism of several kiwifruit varieties to kiwifruit bacterial cancerDetermination of phenolic compounds in leaves of kiwi by using Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 method kiwi leaf bud stage and fruiting of the leaf soluble protein content was measured and Arnow method, statistical analysis, exploration of soluble protein content,content of phenols and kiwifruit canker resistance relationship, the results show:There are some differences in the content of soluble protein content of phenolic substances and disease-resistant varieties and susceptible cultivars leaves. In relation with the resistance of soluble protein content, the overall trend in two different time periods are different varieties of kiwifruit, the stronger the resistance, the higher the content of soluble protein, highly resistant varieties eriantha soluble protein content and height Chu Hong susceptible cultivar significant difference, most mature fruiting varieties mature leaf soluble protein content were lower than those of young leaves and leaf bud; the relationship between substance content in disease resistance and leaf phenols, whole, in leaf bud stage and fruiting maturity, disease resistance kiwifruit varieties, the stronger, the higher the content of phenolic compounds in leaves, the content of phenolics highly resistant varieties Mao Hua blade and highly susceptible varieties Chu Hong, Gold fruit,and other significant differences, in addition to Xu Xiang and Mao Hua,other kiwi varieties phenolics content in leaves than mature fruiting and leaf bud stage.
