Scale dairy goat farms use modern breeding techniques, such as estrus synchronization and artificial insemination, the dairy goats to participate in the hybridization in breeding season each year are still about 20-30% of non-pregnant rate. The economic losses caused by non-pregnant ewes include the potential losses of newborn lamb and the gains costs of farming input, which severely reducing the economic benefits of dairy goat farming. This study was designed to explore the estrus induced effect of "male effect"(M) Xinong Saanen dairy goat in the breeding and non-breeding season respectively. The test selected Xinong Saanen ewes with good body condition, were randomly divided into three groups based on age and body condition, on the basis of "male effect" induced estrus, using different estrus synchronization approaches with artificial insemination with the cervix(fresh semen)technology in the non-breeding season and breeding season respectively, separately statistics estrus rate, pregnancy and lambing rate among different treatments in breeding and non-breeding season, detecting the concentrations of lutropin hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4) in plasma before and after the male goats mixed group of ewes in breeding season and non-breeding season. The main following results were obtained:(1) In the non-breeding season, Xinong Saanen dairy goat on the basis of male goat mixed group of ewes(14 days), it is feasible estrus synchronization treatment with vaginal sponge suppositories(S, set blot for 14 days) containing levonorgestrel and intramuscular PMSG. The treatment S group set bolt for 14 days and intramuscular PMSG(per 300 IU) one day before the suppositories removed; treatment MS group on the basis of processing S group, the male goat continue mixed group induced for another 14 days; treatment M group by induced with only male goat mixed for 35 days(14 days + 21 days). The oestrus rates of the treatment S group, the treatment MS group and the treatment M group were 58.3%, 75%, 40%,and the pregnancy rates were 28.6%, 33.3%, 50%, of which the best treatment was MS group, but the difference was not significant( P> 0.05).(2) The different treatments of experimental goats in breeding season was just as same asin non-breeding season. The oestrus rates of the treatment S group, the treatment MS group and the treatment M group were 100%, 100% and 55.6%, and the pregnancy rates were 33.3%,30%, 11.1%. The treatment S group is better, but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3) The homogenization treatment of Xinong Saanen dairy goats mixed groups with male goats inducing in the breeding season, can make goats group achieve a relatively neat pace of reproductive physiological activities, conducive to the subsequent estrus synchronization process treatment to achieve higher quality estrus rate and more concentrated estrus time. The oestrus rates both of the treatment S group and the treatment MS were 100% after withdrawal24-48 h(P <0.05).(4) In non-breeding season before before mixed with male goats,The level of P4 was higher than that in breeding season(P<0.05), the higher progesterone concentration may be associated with ovarian in a locked state, and thereforethe during the non-breeding season usually no oestrous performance.(5) The LH and FSH concentration of female goats’ plasma had significant difference(P<0.05)before and after the male goats mixed group in non-breeding season, while had no significant difference(P>0.05) in breeding season, indicating that the effect of using male effect is more pronounced in the non-breeding season.Xinong Saanen dairy goats were induced by male effect with mixed groups, which can improve the reproductive capacity in the non-breeding season and promote the more concentrated estrus time during the breeding season.
