With the development of industry, the whole of the world resources and energy consume dramatically.So energy saving and environmental protection are imperative. at present There is a huge waste of resources and energy in China’s grain drying industry. It is an important issue that how to achieve energy savings of grain drying machinery.Through the research of current market grain dryer equipment, I find some problems about grain dryer exised.I research from energy saving, resource efficient and the point of view environmental friendly, using a variety of modern design theory and methods,engineering CAD or CAE technology, ProE modeling, ANSYS simulation analysis,STAR-CCM + simulation of flow field, HTRI heat exchanger design and other technical means. I design and develop two sets of equipment which can optimize the city grain drying system. Include the following:(1) I made extensive research about energy saving associated with the current situation of China’s grain drying industry.Then I conscientiously sumed up China’s grain drying industry current situation,which lied high energy consumption, low efficiency of the underlying causes.It is the most widely available in the market for grain drying heat exchange system test test summary data, multi-device prototype ProE modeling and other related model;(2) The equipment model was analyzed in ANSYS flow field and summarized the various existing problems.Finally I proposed a reasonable solution, including: for tube heat exchangers already served in current market,,we combined other industries energy saving efficient heat exchanger, and developed a new type of exchangers which is suitable for grain drying;(3) Looked up relevant information extensivly, conducted feasibility studies on the proposed scheme and began theoretical aspects of computing.For waste heat recovery equipment, I designed heat pipe specific structure and style, the overall style and appearance of the form structure.Then I calculated and tested the model;(4) Do the designation and production of new plate heat exchanger, viewing seal runner disposed implementation operability;(5) After the completion of the production and processing equipment to test survey and design, test its heat transfer performance.
