| In China, scarcity of arable land, cultivated land resources in recent years showed a sharp drop in the number and quality of the growing recession in two aspects. In recent years, the quantity of cultivated land has been reduced and the quality of cultivated land is declining two aspects. Combined with the results of agricultural land classification and study a suitable for the situation of our country land cultivated land quality monitoring system is helpful to promote the cultivated land quantity, quality and ecological comprehensive maintenance process, strengthen supervision of the quality of cultivated land, and promote the basic farmland protection and construction.Combined with the high standards required the construction of farmland in China, we set up a set of evaluation index system. In this paper, we also proposed a fast monitoring index of high standard basic farmland quality in the study area based on high resolution remote sensing. We rapidly identified of the index changes of basic farmland quality for the Pléiades image, including surface soil texture, surface soil organic matter content, cropland size, road accessibility, and forest density five indicators, and the study area of basic farmland quality of monitoring and evaluation, for our country to carry out farmland information monitoring to provide reference, combining with the method of remote sensing technology. Conclusion is derived as follow.(1)Remote sensing monitoring of land use indicators. Pléiades high resolution image can complete the identification of different types of farmland area more accurate than before. And by using object-oriented multi-scale segmentation can be close to the actual contour of the terrain, by building the rule set to achieve the extraction of the field road, which makes the classification results closer to the degree of visual interpretation.(2)Remote sensing monitoring of soil natural conditions. Analysis the values by spectral DN sample points of Quzhou County, the soil organic matter measured content and corresponding points of surface soil texture and Pléiades image. The result indicate that the visible light band spectral values and the form of change coming from Pléiades image associated with the topsoil organic matter content, topsoil texture. It can basically achieve the inversion of topsoil organic matter content and topsoil texture in the farmland surface of the study area.(3)Rapid evaluation of high standard basic farmland based on remote sensing. In the reference of the existing research, this study from the soil natural conditions and land use conditions of the two aspects construct a based on the remote sensing technology of high standard basic farmland quality evaluation index system. Finally, it complete the rapidly evaluation of high standard basic farmland comprehensive quality by factor method, provide real-time update of reference for the management and maintenance of the farmland quality.In this paper, the author based on the study of arable land quality monitoring indicators, integrated of monitoring indices about the relevant content, with the method of theory with empirical research, to establish a high standard of basic farmland monitoring index system and provide suggestions for establishing a monitoring system of high standard basic farmland. |
