The construction of high standard basic farmland is an effective experience mode explored in the process of farmland protection in China.Meanwhile,it also plays an important role in ensuring the national food security,and the research on high standard basic farmland has attracted more and more attention.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the basic farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County,this paper studies the potential of construction of the high standard basic farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County by using the software of ArcGIS,AHP and entropy weight,etc,then based on the analysis of the potential score results,studies the time sequence of the high standard basic farmland construction in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County by using TOPSIS,as well as the construction mode of high standard basic farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County by using diagnosis model of obstacle factor.The main conclusions are as follows:1)11 indexes have been selected from the endowment conditions and external resource allocation conditions of basic farmland to build a high standard potential evaluation system of basic farmland construction in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County.The results showed that the potential score of high standard basic farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County ranged from 40.54 to 92.06,then divided into three levels by Jenks,the areas of the first,second and third level potential areas were 7856.90 hectare,8661.58 hectare and 3271.54 hectare,respectively.And the average potential score was 72.28,belongs to the medium potential range,all in all,Limu Town,Xiling Town,Lianhua Town,Jiahui town and Ping'an Town have greater advantages in construction potential.2)Based on the potential evaluation system of high standard basic farmland construction,this paper divides the time sequence of high standard basic farmland construction in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County into three phases by using the TOPSIS,namely,the short-term construction area,the medium-term construction area and the long-term construction area.The acreage of the short-term construction area,the medium-term construction area and the long-term construction area are 3222.03 hectare,11506.45 hectare and 5061.54 hectare,respectively.And the short-term construction area is mainly in Lianhua Town,Limu town and Xiling town;Limu Town,Xiling Town,Ping'an town and Jiahui town have the largest medium term construction area;the long-term construction areas are mainly in Ping'an Town,Xiling town and Jiahui town.3)According to the actual situation of Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County and the result of high standard basic farmland construction potential,this paper divides the high standard basic farmland construction mode of Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County into three construction modes,i.e.comprehensive reorganize of farmland,ecological construction of farmland and soil improvement.The construction area of for farmland comprehensive consolidation is 10650.80 Hectare,which Limu Town,Xiling town and Ping'an town have the largest construction area,with 2230.12 hectare?1543.99 hectare and 1480.09 hectare,respectively;the construction area of the model area based on farmland ecological construction is 6519.62 Hectare,mainly distributed in the north,middle and south of the county,including Limu Town,Jiahui Town,Xiling town and Lianhua town;the construction area of the model area for soil improvement is 2619.60 Hectare,and Ping'an town have largest construction area.Through the research on the construction of high standard basic farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County,we hope to provide the theoretical basis for the construction of high standard basic farmland in the future,and improve the reference for other areas.
