Chinese firs are one of the most important tree species in material in the southern China。 There are many for technology research about seedling breeding of Chinese fir in recent years, especially for a series of achievements were made about seed rapid propagation technology research of Chinese fir, but the study about light quality and the light intensity of Chinese fir seed in the process of rapid propagation is less. In this experiment Through discussing the influence of different single color LED light source to seedlings growth, proliferation and rooting of Chinese fir, the method of subordinate function is used to analyze test results, determining the settings of the light intensity gradient about the orthogonal experiment of complex ray at different stages, then the optimal combination of light quality and the light intensity of Chinese fir seed at different stages through the analysis of range,specific conclusions are as follows:(1) Test result about analysis of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under single color LED grow light after 30 days show that:the growth is maximum under red light treatment at 70μmol·m-2·s-1; fresh weight and dry weight of Chinese fir tissue culture seedling were maximum under blue light processing at 50μmol·m-2·s-1,the ratio of fresh weight and dry weight reached the maximum under red light treatment at the 70μmol·m-2·s-1; in terms of chlorophyll content, total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content are respectively maximum under blue light treatment at 30μmol·m-2·s-1;then Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo all respectively reaches maximum under blue light treatment at 70μmol·m-2·s-1. By analysis the average of membership function, the comprehensive evaluation of growth condition under each treatment from good to bad in order of ck> treatment 6> treatment 9> treatment 1> treatment 4> treatment 3> treatment 2> treatment 5> treatment 8> treatment 7.(2) Test result about analysis of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under compound colour LED grow light after 30 days show that:the sequence of effect of height growth, dry weight,content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll (a+b) and Fv/Fo of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under different light color are:R>B>G; the sequence of effect of fresh weight of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under different color are:R>G>B; the sequence of effect of the ratio of fresh weight and dry weight of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir are:B>R>G; the sequence of effect of chlorophyll b content and Fv/Fm value of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir are: R>G=B. The optimal combination of light quality and the light intensity which promote plant height growth and chlorophyll content of fir is:70μmol·m-2·s-1R+60μmol·m-2·s-1G+30μmol·m-2·s-1B; The optimal combination of light quality and the light intensity which avail accumulation of fresh, dry biomass and the ratio of fresh weight and dry weight respectively are:70μmol·m-2·s-1R+ 70μmol·m-2·s-1G+30μmol·m-2·s-1B,70μmol·m-2·s-1R+70μmol·m-2·s-1G+50μmol·m-2·s-1B and 50umol·m-2·s-1R+70umolm·m-2·s-1G+50umol·m-2·s-1B; The optimal combination of light quality and the light intensity which improve the value of Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo are:60umol·m-2·s-1R+50μmol 2·s-1G+40μmol·m-2·s-1B.(3) Test result about analysis of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under single color LED grow light after 30 days show that:, the number of Proliferation shoot clumps is maximum under blue light treatment at 70umol·m-2·s-1; the length of Proliferation shoot clumps is maximum under red light processing at 50umol·m-2·s-1,the proliferation coefficient reached the maximum under green light treatment at the 50μmol·m-2·s-1.By analysis the average of membership function, the comprehensive evaluation of proliferation situation under each treatment from good to bad in order of treatment 5> treatment 3> treatment 2> treatment 1> treatment 4> ck>treatment 6> treatment 8> treatment 9> treatment 7.(4) Test result about analysis of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under compound color LED grow light after 30 days show that:the sequence of effect of the number of multiple shoots clumps and the proliferation coefficient of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under different light color are:B>R>G; the sequence of effect of the length of multiple shoots clumps of Chinese fir are:G>R>B; The optimal combination of light quality and the light intensity which promote the number of multiple shoots clumps, the length of multiple shoots clumps and the proliferation coefficient of fir is:70umol·m-2·s-1R+60umol·m-2·s-1G+70μmol·m-2·s-1B.(5) Test result about analysis of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under single color LED grow light after 45 days show that:, the time, branches and average root length in the culture of rooting are maximum under blue light treatment at 70μmol·m-2·s-1, and be minimum under green light treatment at 30 μωmol·m-2·s-1.By analysis the average of membership function, the comprehensive evaluation of rooting situation under each treatment from good to bad in order of treatment 3> ck> treatment 1> treatment 6> treatment 2> treatment 7>treatment 5> treatment 9> treatment 4> treatment 8.(6) Test result about analysis of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under compound color LED grow light after 45 days show that:the sequence of effect of the time, branches and length in the culture of rooting of tissue culture seedling of Chinese fir under different light color are:B>R>G; The optimal combination of light quality and the light intensity which shorten the time and increase branches and length in the culture of rooting are:70μmol·m-2·s-1R+ 60μmol-·m-2·s-1G+70μmol·m-2·s-1B.(7)The count of energy consumption situation of artificial light source which the scale is one hundred thousand bottles each room of tissue culture show that:compared with the control group, 127.20~127.20 kWh·d-1 can be saved under compound light treatment, and the rates of savings can achieve 37.86%~54.46%; compared with the control group,111.45~167.25 kWh·d-1 can be saved in the process of multiplication culture and rooting under compound light treatment, and the rates of savings can achieve 33.17%~49.78%. According the Statistical of the costs of lighting of the scale which is one hundred thousand bottles each room of tissue culture a year, fluorescent lighting cost is ¥122640 per year, the cost of ¥46400~¥66800 lighting can be saved each year under compound light treatment; the cost of ¥40700~¥61000 lighting can be saved every year in the culture of multiplication and rooting.
