The experiental study of intergeneric hybridization between Argopecten irrdians concentricus and Chlamys nobilis has preliminarily discussed on feasibility of the A. irradians concentricus (female) and Chlamys nobilis (male), and Chlamys nobilis (female) and A.irradians concentricus (male). It had been studied that comparison between inbred groups the hybrid groups of hybrid embryo developmental stage, fertilization rate, hatching rate and D-shaped larvae occurred rate and larval growth, and inbred groups the hybrid groups of fertilization rate, hatching rate under different temperature, salinities and sperm concentration, which has analysed of the fertility of hybrid group of gamete affinity and zygote. Finally, based on the BP artificial neural network, It has predicted that the growth tendency of two hybrid groups and compsried between prediction and reality. The main results are as follows:1. A. irradians concentricus (female) and Ch. nobilis (male) intergeneric hybridization experimentWith temperature 28±0.5℃ and salinity 24-25, A. irradians concentricus (female) and Ch. nobilis (male) hybrid group MH, A. irradians concentricus self-group MM and Ch. nobilis self-group HH can get the offspring normal which can normally grow. According to the development of embryos, the time required for the MH hybrid group to D-shaped larva was less than that of MM and HH (MH 18 h, H 21 MM, HH 22 h). The average fertilization rate of the MH hybrid group was 16.7% lower than that of the MM and HH, and the average hatching rate of the MH hybrid group was 19.1% lower than that of the two inbred lines. From pelagic larval growth, MH hybrid groups of planktonic larvae of shell length, shell was higher than MM self-group and HH self-group, showed that the MH hybrid group of hybrid progeny larvae and MM self-group and HH self-group has obvious heterosis compared. In addition, in different temperature and different salinity and different sperm concentration of A. irradians concentricus (female) and Ch. nobilis (male) hybrid group MH fertilization rate and hatching rate were less than in the MM self-group and luxurious ctenoid pectinid HH self-group and MH hybrid group, MM self-group and HH self-group fertilization rate and hatching rate showed first increased and then decreased trend.2. Ch. nobilis (female) and the A irradians concentricus (male) of the cross between the experientIn water temperature 28± 0.5℃, salinity 24-25 in aquaculrure, Ch. nobilis (female) and A. irradians concentricus (male) hybrid group HM, A. irradians concentricus MM self-group and Ch. nobilis HH self-group can get the offspring normal which can normally grow. According to the development of embryos, the time required for the HM hybrid group to D-shaped larva was less than that of inbred group MM and inbred group HH (HM 19 h, MM 21 h, HH 22 h). The average fertilization rate of the HM hybrid group was 11.7% lower than that of the MM self group and the HH group, and the average hatching rate of the HM hybrid group was 24.9% lower than that of the MM self and HH self. The shell length and shell height of the planktonic larvae of the HM hybrid group were higher than that of the MM self and HH self, which indicated that the hybrid progeny of the HM hybrid group had obvious heterosis compared with the two self.In addition, in different temperature and different salinity and different sperm concentration and luxurious Ch. nobilis (female) and A. irradians concentricus (male) cross HM fertilization rate and hatching rate were less than in the MM self-group and luxurious ctenoid pectinid HH self-group and HM hybrid group, MM self-group and HH self-group fertilization rate and hatching rate showed first increased and then decreased trend.3 Comparison of the predicted growth trend of A. irradians concentricus and Ch. nobilis Hybrids Based on BP neural network modelUsing BP neural network model of Ch. nobilis (female) and A. irradians concentricus (male) hybrid group HM, and A irradians concentricus (female) and Ch. nobilis (male) hybrid group MH hybrid progeny of shell length, shell height prediction. The test results show that the predicted data obtained by the neural network has a high degree of conformity with the true value. The comparison results show that the predicted value of the hybrid group is less than the actual value, but the error rate is less than 4%.
