It is statistically analyzed and compared with export aquatic animals in Jiangsu Province from farms registered exports / transit market situation, export varieties, exporting country, exports, etc., the export situationThe paper discriminates the main toxic and hazardous substances risk of export aquatic animals and evaluates the likelihood and severity of the consequences of risk were discriminated and determines the risk level of different risk projects through matrix method from pesticide and veterinary drug residues, heavy metals and other pollutants, toxins, prohibited substances, and the major trading nations of technical regulations and standards, epidemic disease monitoring, security, risk monitoring situation, aspects of foreign communications, self-controlled enterprises and so on.The paper identifies the disease risk of various types of export aquatic animals and comprehensive evaluates risk level of a variety of disease through released risk assessment, exposure assessment and consequence assessment. The paper determines the level of risk of various types of export aquatic animals through integrated toxic and hazardous substances and disease risk assessment.Project and product risks are the following case: Toxic and hazardous substances risk of seawater Shellfish is extremely high, the risk for the disease is moderate, the risk of it is Class I products; Toxic and hazardous substances risk of freshwater shellfish(clams, r)is extremely high, the risk for the disease is moderate, the risk of it is Class I products;Toxic and hazardous substances risk of freshwater crustaceans(crab) is high, the risk of disease is not recognized, the risk of it is Class II products; Toxic and hazardous substances risk of freshwater fish is extremely high, the risk for the disease is moderate, the risk of it is Class I products; Toxic and hazardous substances risk of marine fish is low, the risk for the disease is moderate, the risk of it is Class III products. Finally, the paper proposes risk management measures based on risk assessment. On the one hand, it is proposed to adopt a series of self-controlled measures in enterprisesabout the fishing, aquaculture area of ??selection, seed management, the development of monitoring plans, harvesting, packaging, transportation, and other aspects of product traceability; on the other hand, the official monitoring program of work is proposed.Risk control measures of all kinds of products see below: It is total 14 monitor risk projects about seawater Shellfish. It includes 2 disease surveillance projects. There are12 safety risk monitoring projects, of which four(cadmium, norovirus, prometryne, diarrheal shellfish poisoning) are key monitoring projects, and the rest are the general monitoring projects. It is total 38 monitor risk projects about freshwater Shellfish. There are 38 safety risk monitoring projects, of which three(furazolidone, nitrofurazone, arsenic) are key monitoring projects, and the rest are the general monitoring projects. It is total 8 monitor risk projects about Crustaceans(crab). It is all general monitoring project of security risk monitoring. It is total 67 monitor risk projects about freshwater fish. It includes 3 disease surveillance projects. Koi herpesvirus disease, hematopoietic necrosis goldfish, carp spring viremia are key monitoring projects. There are 64 safety risk monitoring projects,of which nine(enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, nalidixic acid, endosulfan, malachite green, peacock recessive malachite green) are key monitoring projects, and the rest are the general monitoring projects. It is total 66 monitor risk projects about seawater Shellfish. It includes 2 disease surveillance projects, wherein sea bream iridescent virus is key monitoring project, and infectious hematopoietic necrosis is the general monitoring projects. There are 64 safety risk monitoring projects, of which five(furazolidone, nitrofurazone, enrofloxacin, crystal violet, crystal violet implicit) are key monitoring projects, and the rest are the general monitoring projects.
