| Risk analysis is a up-and-coming technology, as increasing concerned about food safety issues, the importance to use risk analysis approach are more and more clear. To use risk analysis approach for food safety management is a science-based analysis, is reasonable and effective solution to the problem of food, is needed by food safety. However, risk analysis for chemicals in food needs considerable workload, it can't finished by a country can independently, so this requires international cooperation. FAO/WHO Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and the International branch of veterinary drug residues in the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CCRVDF) is internationally recognized and authoritative international organization, which use the method of risk analysis. To guide our country to better participate in the work of JECFA and CCRVDF, to guide China to establish their own risk analysis of veterinary drugs, to share results of risk analysis of veterinary drugs, this paper focuses on the work of JECFA and CCRVDF veterinary procedures and its risk analysis procedures, principles and outcomes. In the study we used WBS to study the content. This paper has summarized the work processes and methods of JECFA and CCRVDF. Then, take chloramphenicol, AVI ADM, tilmicosin, Narasin, ivermectin, trichlorobenzene da y1, cyfluthrin, ractopamine as an example to summarizes the risk analysis of JECFA and CCRVDF.Found:veterinary drug residues risk assessment by JECFA include the establishment of an expert (FAO/WHO Secretariat experts, experts in toxicology assessment, exposure experts), hazard identification (toxicology and human trials of the content and results), hazard description (dose - response assessment, the health value of the ADI, etc.), exposure assessment, risk characterization, the data collection (pre-assessment reports, toxicological assessment summary document, microbiology Assessment Summary document, intake assessment summary document). Veterinary drug residues risk management of CCRVDF of veterinary based on JECFA evaluation, the procedure include the preliminary risk management (including identification of risk assessment policies in order to carry out risk assessment, to identify food safety issues, establish basic overview of the risk of, identify the hazards in the risk assessment and risk management priorities, authorized to conduct risk assessment, review the results of risk assessment), risk management options for evaluation, and decision-making to implement the monitoring and review. From the available information we can see that the survey of veterinary drug residues risk analysis in CCRVDFand JECFA is the first time, so this is the characteristic and innovation lies of this research. The value of this study is provides a scientific management model of veterinary drug residue management, and share the result of JECFA and CCRVDF. |
