| This research was carried out by pot experiment for cadmium contaminated soil:(1) the "311-A" optimum mixed design experiment scheme was used to study the effect of different proportions of nitrogen, potassium, silicon and phosphorus, potassium, silicon fertilizers on corn plant Cd absorption; (2) uniform experimental design was used to study the effects of different ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, silicon on the plant Cd absorption of corn, grain amaranth, and in the meantime. The main results are as follows:1. A significant effect on plant growth of corn and grain amaranth is produced by diffent ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, silicon fertilizer. According to the regression equation, the ratio of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer experiment, the highest biomass fertilization scheme was that nitrogen was 0.268g/kg, phosphorus was 0.15g/kg, potassium was 0.454g/kg, sodium silicate was 0.2925g/kg; phosphorus potassium and silicon ratio test, the highest biomass fertilization scheme was that nitrogen was 0.20g/kg, phosphorus was 0.29g/kg, potassium was 0.224g/kg, sodium silicate was 0.75g/kg; nitrogen and phosphorus potassium and silicon ratio test, single corn, single grain amaranth and intercropping experiment of nitrogen, the highest biomass fertilization scheme was that nitrogen was 0.075g/kg, phosphorus was 0.15g/kg, potassium was 0.375g/kg, sodium silicate was 0.2g/kg;and according to the test results and the regression equation of comprehensive analysis, corn biomass was the highest, the optimum fertilization scheme:nitrogen was 0.22g/kg, phosphorus was 0.18g/kg, potassium was 0.26g/kg, silicate sodium was 0.44g/kg; grain amaranth biomass highest optimum fertilization scheme:nitrogen was 0.075g/kg, phosphorus was 0.15g/kg, potassium was 0.375g/kg, silicate sodium was 0.2g/kg.2. The different ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, silicon fertilizer also has a significant impact on absorption of cadmium in corn and grain amaranth plant. Nitrogen, potassium and silicon ratio test, the lowest amount of cadmium in the fertilizer was:the nitrogen was 0.242g/kg, phosphorus was 0.15g/kg, potassium was 0.166g/kg, silicate sodium was 297g/kg; phosphorus, potassium and silicon ratio test, the lowest amount of cadmium in the fertilizer was:the nitrogen was 0.20g/kg, phosphorus was 0.28g/kg, potassium was 0.399g/kg, silicate sodium was 0.635g/kg; nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and silicon ratio test, single planting corn, single grain amaranth and for test of nitrogen was Og/kg, phosphorus was 0.05g/kg, potassium was 0.15g/kg, silicon was 0.25g/kg, corn and grain amaranth absorbing cadmium content was the lowest. Comprehensive analysis of corn absorbing cadmium content the lowest combination scheme for nitrogen was 0.14g/kg, phosphorus was 0.16g/kg, potassium was 0.19g/kg, and silicate sodium was 0.39g/kg, Amaranthus hypochondriacus L absorb cadmium content the lowest combination scheme for nitrogen was 0.375g/kg, phosphorus was 0.2g/kg, potassium was 0.225g/kg, and silicate sodium was 0.05g/kg.3. There are varying degrees effect of the different fertilizer proportion and of corn and grain amaranth different cultivation methods on soil pH, soil enzyme activity, soil bio available cadmium and available silicon. Interplant conducive to the growth of corn and grain amaranth, can improve plant biomass and increase plant dry weight, and can increase cadmium content in grain amaranth plant, reduce the content of cadmium in corn plant,. The interplant with reasonable fertilizer can buffter soil pH, improve soil enzyme activity, increase the content of soil available silicon, increase the biomass of plants, and reduce the bioavailability of Cd and reduce the Cd absorption of Maize. |
