Biogas fermentation is an effective way to treating Municipal Solid Waste(MSW). Through controlled artificially, biogas fermentation can accelerate stability of organic MSW, make MSW no harmful, can also in this course produce biogas to get renewable energy, then realize the recycle treatment of the organic wastes. Treated with biogas fermentation technology, MSW can be immediately disposal. Thus the pollution of the MSW also can be reduced to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, we can get very good economic benefit and enormous environmental benefit.Temperature is an important factor in the biogas fermentation.Under the same fermentation position, temperature is biogas volume. Usage of solar energy for heating and insulating fermentation system eliminating climate conditions on the impact of fermentation,establishing efficient vaporization environment of the organic waste fermentation,Effectively increases biogas volume and the utilization of renewable energy, providing cheap, efficient biogas and improving the living standards of residents.Another, reflux system of digestive fluid not only can play a role in stirring, Increasing gas production rate and gas volume, but also remove most organiccompounds and heavy metals , increasing of nitrogen,phosphorus content, therebyenabling efficient digestive fluid into liquid organic fertilizer.So solar biogas fermentation processing MSW is a better approach. It alleviates environmental issues as well as the energy shortage and is of positive and practical significance.This paper mainly through self-designed solar digester Researches effect of solar heating and insulating biogas fermentation and reflux of digestive fluid. The experimental results show that Adoption of solar energy to heating and insulating material, Compared with the normal temperature, material temperature will rise about 10℃,So that gas production increased 26%, Methane content also increased slightly (Ignore the impact of other factors). Compared with the non-rflux, flux of digestive makes the removal rate of COD and BOD5 increase by 21.9% and 28.3%, almost no impact on NH3-N(Ignore the impact of other factors).
