According to actual problems of backward technology of field crops irrigation and low utilization efficiency of water and fertilizer in Xinitaohaigacha village, Bayanhaote town, left county Alxa of Inner Mongolia, field experiment was carried out to study the suitable water-saving irrigation technology of oil sunflower in this paper. Based on the research of the coupling effect of water and fertilizer, water production function and suitable water-saving irrigation technology of oil sunflower, the water and fertilizer coupling function model and the water production function model of oil sunflower was established, which could provide theoretical support and technical basis for the local water resources efficient utilization.1.By the plot comparison experiment method, setted up six kinds of water-saving irrigation technology including film drip irrigation under, drip irrigation on land, film mulching micro jet, micro jet on land, pipe irrigation with film mulching furrow irrigation and pipe irrigation with furrow irrigation on land, and the local traditional irrigation as the control group to study which level of water-saving irrigation technology is suitable of oil sunflower. The results showed that the sunflower plant height, leaf number, leaf area index, dry matter accumulation was higher than other treatments using drip irrigation; photosynthesis is higher than other treatments; the yield and water production efficiency (WUE) was optimal among all treatments. Based on multiple comparisons, there were significant differences between the yield of different treatments. Comprehensive analysis showed that production efficiency of irrigation water for drip irrigation under film (irrigation quota 250m3/667m2) was 1.52kg/m3, and the yield was 379.4kg/667m2, which was 28.57% higher than that in the local traditional irrigation with an increase yield of 6.01%.The water-saving effect is obvious, and namely the drip irrigation under film system can be suitably used in Bayanhaote town left county Alxa.2.Three water irrigation quotas of different application levels of nitrogen was processed to study on the coupling effect of water and fertilizer of oil sunflower. Through analysing the impact of coupling of water and fertilizer on different treatments of oil sunflower plant high, leaf number, leaf area, dry matter accumulation, soil nitrogen content, water use efficiency and yield, the coupling models of plant height, leaf area index, dry matter accumulation, soil alkali solution nitrogen, irrigation water use efficiency, yield of water and fertilizer of oil sunflower in Bayanhaote town left county Alxa are obtained.The yield reached its peak by 428.3kg/667m2,When the rainfall was 179mm, fertilizer is 20 kg/667m2 two amine and 16 kg/667m2 potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, irrigation norm was 350m3/667m2 and fertilizer rate was 18.0kg/hm2,The results can provide theoretical basis for local irrigation and fertilization.3.Through the potted plant experimental study,the water production function of oil sunflower.These model provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of irrigation system for oil sunflower.
