Lycium barbarum L. is a pereninal deciduous shrub of the genus Lycium (Solanaceae). In this study, Lycium barbarum L. as experiment material, we applied plant physiology and plant chemistry technology to systematically research the influence of meteorological factors on primary metabolites accumulation and main effective component accumulation of Lycium barbarum L. fruit. In order to further improve the production and active ingredient contents of Lycium barbarum L. to provide theoretical support and also to ensure the quality of Lycium barbarum L. medicinal materials and guide the healthy development of Lycium barbarum L. industry provide a scientific basis for production practice problems. The results of the study were as follows:1. The fruit development period of Lycium barbarum L. under the condition of high temperature was short, and the fruit developmented faster, but hundred-grain weight of ripe fruit was smaller. Mean temperature difference during the fruit development influenced on the hundred-grain weight of Lycium barbarum L. fruit significantly, and within the range of 6.59~13.14℃, hundred-grain weight of Lycium barbarum L. ripe fruit decreased with the increase of mean temperature difference.2. Under the condition of high temperature, leaf photosynthetic rate of Lycium barbarum L. was opposite bigger, Rubp carboxylase and PEP carboxylase phosphate energy was larger, and leaf sugar content was higher, this was because the high temperature enhancemented the vitality of Rubp carboxylase and PEP carboxylase phosphate, and promoted the Lycium barbarum L. leaf photosynthesis.3. Sugar accumulation type of Lycium barbarum L. fruit belongs to ’accumulation hexose type’, hexose content was low in the early development of the fruit, but rapid accumulation in the late development, and hexose content of ripe fruit was high, starch and sucrose content was low, the hexose content of ripe fruit was in 2015 Th> 2015 T1> 2014 T1> 2014 Th change trend, namely hexose accumulation of Lycium barbarum L. ripe fruit was bigger under the condition of low temperature, and starch content also showed similar trends, which may related with the single grain weight increased and fruit libraries strengthened in low temperature treatment of Lycium barbarum L. fruit, and invertase activity enhanced in low temperature treatment of Lycium barbarum L. fruit, resulting photosynthetic products flowing to the transfer of the fruit in low temperature treatment.4. Polysaccharide content of Lycium barbarum L. ripe fruit increased with the rising of mean temperature, mean temperature at daytime and mean temperature at night, flavonoids content increased with the rising of mean temperature at night, and betaine content decreased with mean temperature at daytime and mean temperature difference.
