Several physiological characters of Ningqi No.1 of lycium barbarum L of Ningxia breed are compared under different conditions. Room experiments are carried out in order to compare the main compositions contents of Lycium barbarum L.in different regions through developing HPLC(high press liquid chromatogram). At the same time ,detennination and analysis on the soil factors and weather condition, together with the concentration of main effective compositions of lycium barbarum L. are undertook at four production in Ningxia, namely Tongxin,Huinong ,Zhongning and Yinchuain. The results are shown as follow:1. (8-carotenids, Taurine, Betain) contents of Lycium barbarum L.in Ningxia different regions were tested by the means of HPLC, whose method is simply, shortly, accurately. Information content in HPLC-finger print is rich, which provides comprehensive, reliable scientifically appraise to some Chinese medicine and preparation with standards, and realizes the identification, half-quantification, quantification, relative quantification of every contents. It is every effect to quantities control of Chinese medicine and preparation.2. The soil salinity of four different areas which the Ningqi No 1 have been planted in Ningxia are analyzed. The results demonstrated that the salt in the soil of Tongxin and Huinong are comparatively higher and therefore ,the concentrations of Polysaccharomyces are also higher if compared with other two districts .One of the main construction ions,Na~+and Cl~- have significant relativity with Polysaccharomyces in the seeds of lycium barbarum.L. The correlation between polysaccharomyces and the general salt in the seeds of lycium barbarum L is both positive and significant. The result proves that a defined concentration of NaCl improves the accumulation of polysaccharomyces in the seeds of lycium barbarum L on some extent.3. Through the relativity analysis of the important valid components of lycium barbarum L. and soil ecosystem factor in four areas of Ningxia, sifting the environment factors which affect on the valid components of lycium barbarum L. On this foundation, building up the multiple equations of linear regression .The results showthat the contents of valid components were affected together by soil factors and weather condition, .but soil factors affected contents more greatly. However, it does not know that ecosystem factor of soil how to affect on it's the accumulating mechanism, still need the further research.4. The trace elements have not significance difference in the soil and fruit of Tongxin, Zhongning, Huinong, Yanlinchang. From the point of trance element, quality of the fruit of Lycium barbarun L of several main producing regions in Ningxia didn't have a remarkable difference each other, but considered from cooperative effect of trace element, four of Ningxia produce regions, the ratio of Fe/Mn in Zhongning was higher than other areas and had significance difference, the soil PH in Zhongning is 7.4, but others are higher than 8.5, which makes active of Fe blunt, it is difficult to absorb for plant. So proper trace element ratio was a main reason in being of the Lycium barbarum L of Zhongning in best quality than other regions.5. Find out through analytical detection, the contents of the valid component of Lycium barbarum L. have the dissimilarity in everyplace in four main regions of Ningxia. Seeing from the total level up, the contents valid components of Lycium barbarum L are higher in Zhongning and Huinong, all come to a high-quality, express that these two regions are a most beneficial region for lycium barbarum L to grow, its soil and weather conditions are suitable the growth of the lycium barbarum L very much, can produce a fruit of good quality, is one of the index signs of the lycium barbarum L of inborn now.
