Abstract/Summary:
The factory production goal of Pleurotus eryngii is to obtain top quality and high output of high quality goods mushroom.Studing the adjustment and control theory of environmental factor is an important foundation for improving the quality and output of Pleurotus Eryngii. Light is key factor effect in the growth and development of Pleurotus eryngii. At present, the in the mechanism of Pleurotus eryngii sporecarp period is not clear, adjustment mechanism needs to be improved.The research based on light control test during fruiting period,analysis the light intensity, photoperiod influence of the fruiting characteristics and single mushroom weight,in order to select the most suitable light intensity and light cycle range of fruit body growth and development,to establish light control mode and verified the model,Finally,we proposed a way of fruiting developmental period light control which applies NingXia southern mountain area.In this paper,by processing the measured data of the test process, analysis and correction can get the following results:(1) The light have different influence on the growth and development of fruiting body,comparative analysis of different light intensities and different photoperiod have effect on fruiting characteristics and single mushroom weight,available the fruiting body doesn’t differentiate into Gulei in small light intensity,pileus diameter and stipe length with increasing light intensity and photoperiod increases,meanwhile primordium formed small Gulei also increasing.But when the light intensity is too strong, long photoperiod, it will inhibit the growth and development of fruiting bodies, cap diameter is too large and canopy spread, the loss of nutrients, is not conducive to the formation of high-quality merchandise mushrooms.(2) Fruiting body growth and development of the most appropriate light intensity in the range between 120Lx-150Lx,the appropriate photoperiod is 12h(24h a light cycle, LED lights open 1h off 1h) during range testing.The fruiting body grow faster in this processing mode,stipe and cap are in appropriate proportion.(3) Through Fruiting body’s character index correlation analysis and path analysis,you can obtain pileus diameter and stipe length have great contribution to single mushroom weight.In combination with influencing Pleurotus yield external factors (light intensity, photoperiod) and internal factors contributed the most (stipe cap diameter and length) of a single mushroom weight,established ruiting body production model and growth mode,and validated analysis two models,can get the have better predictability., accomplishing conventional PID and fuzzy PID controller for the Simulink simulation analysis proved fuzzy PID controller overall performance superior to conventional PID controller.
