The cultivation technique of Pleurotus eryngii-a kind of rare edible fungus,introduced from Fujian has helped bring about the industrialization and all-year production of Pleurotus eryngii in Pengyang County in Ningxia.Being greatly affected by the specific climate and conditions in Liupanshan area,cultivation of the fungi is also characterized by non-linear,multi-couplings and time delay.Current laws of regulating humidity,illumination and CO2 concentration comprehensively have become an important factor that restricts the locals to achive higher production and harvest Pluerotus eryngii with better agronomic characters.Based on what mentioned above,in order to study further into the control strategy of key environmental factors in the fungus farm and realize optimal and precise control of the system,the paper relies on respirational principle,carries out a respiratory control orthogonal test,applies real-time remote monitoring technology to collect data,analyzes the best condition for fruiting body growth,develops prediction model of humidity and CO2 concentration in the fruiting stage of the fungus base on neural network,and proposes two ways of CO2 control which is favorable to local mountain area,which are setting value control strategy through the fuzzy controller and upper-lower-limit control scheme separately.And the research can get following results:(1)By statistical analysis,Humidity,illumination and CO2 concentration affect the fungus morphology and yield differently.A better environment for fruiting body growth and development is as follows:CO2 concentration 3150 ppm,humidity in the air 90.6%RH,photoperiod 3.9 h(LED lights on 1 h off 1 h),light intensity 86 lux.(2)Relative prediction error of the prediction model is within 5%,which indicates that the proposed model is applicable and strong.(3)Finally,MATLAB simulation and experiment results prove that the strategy of fuzzy control can achieve better control effect with high precision and accuracy.The research helps to provide a new theoretical and practical basis for perfecting the control strategy of cultivation of edible fungi in Northwestern Returning Farmland to Forest Area.
