Investigation Analysis And Evaluation Of Tung Tree Mainly Varieties In North Rim Region

Tung oil tree originating in China. As one of China’s specific economic trees, it has a long history of cultivation. The most important value of tung oil tree is the tung oil which was produced by it. As a kind of high quality industrial oil, tung oil is widely used. Tung oil tree is distributed in our country, except its industrial value, tung oil tree can also provide the soil and water conservation effect to combat soil and water loss. Because of its industrial value and ecological benefits, tung oil tree has a great prospect for development. In order to find some tung oil tree varieties which has Cultivation value, this paper use some main varieties of tung oil tree in northern China, based on the research in local, and the analysis and evaluation of their fructification, finally choose some superior variety. The result is shown below.1. There are significant differences between the different characteristics:The Oil production per mu were from 12.5kg to 25 kg, The most oil production per mu of 11 tung oil tree varieties were from 20 kg to 40 kg, The average peel thicknees were from 0.31cm to 0.6cm, average seed yield were from 49.9% to 68%; average grain weight were from 2.5g to 3.41g, kernel yield were from 56.1% to 66.95%, Tung kernel oil content were from 63.9% to 71%, acid value were from 0.2429 to 0.5003, saturated fatty acids were from 4.13% to 6.06%, Saponification value were from 190.8 to 194.7, Iodine value were from 163.2 to 172.2, refractive index were from 1.5180 to 1.5220.2. This research analysis three indexs of tung oil tree. The index including three indexs of yield:the Oil production per mu, the most oil production per mu, the oil production per plant; four index of economic characters of fruit of tung oil tree:the average peel thicknees, average seed yield, average grain weight, kernel yield; six indexs of physicochemical properties of tung oil:Tung kernel oil content, acid value, Iodine value, saponification value, saturated fatty acids, refractive index. After the analysis of the above indexs, then use the fuzzy mathematic get the comprehensive evaluation results of three indexs, Shanxi xiaomi tung oil tree won the championship of yield, Anhui xiaobianqiu tung oil tree is the first in economic characters of fruit, Shanxi dami tung oil tree has the best score in Physicochemical properties of tung oil.3.Research distribute weight value to the ranking of three indexs, then use the cumulative calculation, finally know that Shanxi dami tung oil tree was the number one in comprehensive evaluation, the second was Henan dahongpao tung oil tree, The third was Anhui xiaobianqiu tung oil tree, which shows that each province has one in the ranking. This paper comprehensive evaluate the main varieties in north China by analysis each index of yield, economic characters and physicochemical properties of fruit which reducing the artificial interference. Each province can choose the superior variety based upon the actual conditions, or choose some varieties to carry out test, finally decide the popularized variety. The analysis result of this paper can support some scientific evidence for the north region choose the superior variety.
