Effects Of Different Kinds Of Probiotics On Serum Biochemical Parameters Antioxidative,Caeucm Microorganismability And Antioxidant Ability Of Blue-shell Chickens

The experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different kinds of probiotics on serum biochemical parameters, antioxidative,cecum microorganism and antioxidant ability of blue-shell chickens. A total of three hundred and sixt y healthy Blue-shell chickens with similar egg production rate and weight were randomly divided into five groups,the group one were fed basal diets,group t wo were supplemented with preparation of Lactic acid bacteria with traditional Chinese Medicine(0.5%),group three were supplemented with Lactic acid bacteri a preparation mixed and Monascus preparations with Traditional Chinese medici ne(Each 0.25%),group four were supplemented with 0.5% Lactic acid bac-teria preparation、group five were supplemented Monascus preparations with Traditi onal Chinese medicine(0.5%).Each group had three repeats,each repeat had 24 blue-shell chickens.The experiments lasted for 79d,we determination standard an d the results are as follows:(1)Production Performance:This part of test,the average daily feed intake of four test groups has increased relativly,Compared with the average daily feed intake of control group, group four and group five increased 0.73%(P<0.05) and 1.49%(P<0.05), Compared with the average daily feed intake of group five,group four,group two and group three had respectively increased 0.75%(P<0.05)、 1.14%(P<0.05) and 0.89%(P<0.05);Compared with feed-egg ratio of control group, group two,group three,group four and group five respectively reduced by 2.5%(P<0.05)、3.24%(P<0.05)、2.17% (P<0.05) and 3.24%(P<0.05),while the four test groups intercomparsion had no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared the average egg weight with control group, group two, group three,group four and group five were respectively increased 2.36%(P<0.05)、2.44%(P<0.05)、1.71% (P<0.05)、 2.70% (P<0.05),while there were no significant difference between the test group (P>0.05);Compared the laying rate with control group, group five was increased 32.74%(P<0.05),while the others had no significant difference with control group (P>0.05) and there was no significant difference between the test group (P>0.05).(2)Cecum Flora:Dietary supplementation of different kinds of probiotics laying Blue-shell hens could increase the viable counts of Lactobacilli and reduced the viable counts of Colibacillus in cecum, Compared with control group, group two and group five reduced the viable counts of colibacillus of cecum by 4.16%(P<0.05) and 4.69%(P<0.05)respectively,other test groups had no significant difference (P>0.5) and there was no significant difference between the test group (P>0.05);Compared with control group, the viable counts of Lactobacilli of group two,group three and group four had significantly increased by 3.22%,2.82% and 2.41% respectively,while group five had no significant (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the test group (P>0.05)。(3)Hepatic and Renal Function:Compared with the control group, levels of ALT,AST,TP and A/G in serum of all test groups had no significant difference (P>0.5);Levels of ALT in serum of group three were compared with group four significantly increased by 38.46%(P<0.05);Level of AST in serum of group two was compared with group four increased by 53.98%(P<0.05);Level of TP in serum of group three was compared with group four had significantly increased by 43.24%(P<0.05);Compared with control group and group four,ALB in serum of group three respectively increased by 64.7%(P<0.5) and 75%(P<0.5)。(4)Blood Lipid:Compared with the control group,the level of total CHO,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum of all test groups had no significant difference (P>0.5).(5)Antioxidant Indicators of Serum:Compared with the control group,the ac tivity of SOD in the serum of group two,group three,group four and group fiv e significantly respectively increased by 38.95%、6.95%、15.62% and 37.95%, Compared with the group four of SOD,group two、group three and group five significantly increased by 20.13%,18.38% and 19.31% respectively; Compared with the control group of GSH-Px,group two,group three and group four and group five significantly respectively increased by 42.28%,58.31%,47.71% and 6 3.64%,Compared with the group three and group four, the activity of GSH-Px in the serum of group two significantly respectively increased by 11.27% and 15.01%,Compared with the group five,the activity of GSH-Px of group two sig nificantly respectively increased by 10.78%; Compared with the control group of MDA in the serum, group two、group three、group four and group five sig nificantly respectively decreased by 1.26%,1.42%,48.74%,1.03%,compared w ith the group two,three and group five,MDA in the serum of group four signifi cantly respectively decreased by 52.02%.62.73% and 36.90%.(6)Antioxidant Indicators of Yolk:Compared with the control group,the acti vity of T-SOD of group two、group three and group four significantly respect ively increased by 26.61%、13.25% and 14.34%in yolk,Compared with the gro up three four and group five,the activity of T-SOD in yolk of group two signi ficantly respectively increased by 11.79%,10.73% and 21.09%,Compared with group five,the activity of T-SOD of group three significantly respectively increa sed by 8.33%,Compared with group five,the activity of T-SOD in yolk of gro up three and group four significantly respectively increased by 8.33% and 10.1 5%;Compared with the control group,the content of MDA of group two、three、 four and group five significantly respectively decreased by 18.94%,15.48%,17.1 0% and 15.89% in yolk;compared with the control group,the activity of GSH-P x of group two. group three、group four and group five significantly respectiv ely increased by 33.75%,21.20%,19.64% and 16% in yolk;compared with the g roup three four and group five,the activity of GSH-Px in the serum of group t wo significantly respectively increased by 10.35%%,11.79% and 15.30%.(7)Antioxidant Indicators of Liver:Compared with the control group,the acti vity of T-SOD in the liver of group two,group three.group four and group five significantly respectively increased by 12.81%、16.89%、21.26% and 17.02%,t here were no significant difference between four test groups (P>0.5);The level of liver MDA in the group five was the lowest and decreased 32.56% than co ntrol group(P<0.05), compared with the control group,the level of liver MDA o f group two、group three and group four had no significant difference (P>0.5); compared with the control group,the activity of GSH-Px in the liver of group t wo、three、four and group five significantly respectively increased by 32.15%、 14.25%、55.92% and 59.49%,compared with the group two,the activity of GSH-Px in the liver of group four and group five significantly respectively increase d by 17.99% and 20.69%,Compared with the group three,the activity of GSH-P x in the liver of group four and group five significantly respectively increased 36.48% and 39.59%,the GSH-Px in the group two significantly respectively inc reased 15.66%than group three((P<0.05)。(8)Expression of SOD1 and SOD2 mRNA in Liver of Blue-shell Chickens: Compared with the control group, SOD2 mRNA in group two、group four and group five significantly increased(P<0.05). while there was no significant difference between group three and control group (P>0.05).(9)Expression of GSTT1 and GSTA3 mRNA in Liver of Blue-shell Chickens:Compared with the control group, GSTT1 mRNA in group three and group four significantly increased(P<0.05),while GSTT1 mRNA in group two was significantly decreased(P<0.05), GSTT1 mRNA in group five increased,but had not significant difference(P>0.05);compared with the control group,GSTA3 mRNA in group two, group four and group five significantly increased(P<0.05),while GSTA3 mRNA in group three twere no significant difference (.P>0.05).The results show that:The four kinds of probiotics can improve the production performance of Blue-shell;they can increase the viable counts of Lactobacilli and reduced the viable counts of colibacillus in cecum;but had no obvious effect on liver,kidney and blood lipid,they also can improve antioxidant capacity.according to the comprehensive consideration of the whole test and various indicators, the group five that diets with preparation of traditional chinese medicine (0.5% supplemented)has the best result in this experiment.
