| In this study,the compound probiotics were used to ferment cotton feed,and the feeding experiment of lamb was carried out.Namely,24 healthy Awati crossbred lambs of 25.58 ± 1.2 and 5 months old were randomly divided into four groups:the control group and the test group.Each raw material of the test group was divided into three levels of 1%,2%and 3%probiotics,i.e.1%fermentation group,2%fermentation group and 3%fermentation group.The trial period was 60 days and the pre-trial period was 7 days.Through the determination of FG,CP,CF and other components in the cotton source feed,as well as the anti-oxidation and biochemical indexes of lamb serum,the effects of compound probiotic fermentation on the nutritional quality of the cotton source feed and the growth performance,serum anti-oxidation and biochemical indexes of the lamb were preliminarily explored,so as to provide basic scientific data for the application of the compound probiotic fermentation cotton source feed in the sheep breeding。The results of this study are as follows:1.In the1%fermentation group,FG detoxification rates of cotton straw,cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake were 52.26%,40.53%and 25.58%respectively,CP increased by 5.86%,7.9%and 2.62%respectively,CF decreased by 4.4%,11.7%and 2.8%respectively;In the2%fermentation group,FG detoxification rates of cotton straw,cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake were>97.48%,84.35%and 56.97%,CP increased by 5.78%,9.09%and 2.95%respectively CF decreased by 2.9%,12.7%and 5.4%respectively;In the3%fermentation group,FG detoxification rates of cotton straw,cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake were 97.48%,72.61%and 51.16%,CP increased by 6.17%,9.19%and 2.41%respectively CF decreased by 3.6%,14.6%and 3.5%respectively;The body weight of lambs in the 2%fermentation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);ADG of lambs in the three fermentation groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),ADFI of lambs in the 2%fermentation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and F/G of the three fermentation groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The compound probiotics fermented cotton feed could significantly reduce the MDA content of the lamb serum in 60 days and 3%of the fermentation group(P<0.05),significantly reduce the MDA content of the lamb serum in 30 days,45 days and 3%of the fermentation group(P<0.01);significantly improve the T-AOC capacity of the lamb serum in 15 days fermentation group,30 days 1%and 2%of the fermentation group,60 days 3%of the fermentation group and 15 days 1%and 2%of the fermentation group The activity of GSH PX was significantly increased in three fermentation groups(P<0.05),45 day 2%and 3%fermentation group,60 day 2%fermentation group and 45 day 2%fermentation group(P<0.05).3.The compound probiotics fermented cotton feed could significantly increase the alb content of 2%of the lamb serum of the fermentation group,1%and 2%of the lamb serum of the fermentation group,1%and 2%of the lamb serum of the fermentation group,1%and 2%of the lamb serum of the fermentation group,and the Glu content of the lamb of the fermentation group(P<0.05)of 2%and 2%of the lamb serum of the fermentation group,and the alb content of the three fermentation groups and 60 days of the fermentation group,and 30 and 45 days of the fermentation group,respectively The serum TP content of the three fermentation groups(P<0.01),ALP activity of the three fermentation groups(P<0.05),bun content of the three fermentation groups(P<0.01),1%and 2%of the fermentation group(P<0.05),and ALP activity of the three fermentation groups(P<0.01).In conclusion,the compound probiotic fermented cotton feed can improve the nutritional quality of the cotton feed and the growth performance of the lamb,at the same time,it is beneficial to the health of the lamb,but also can effectively improve the antioxidant capacity of the lamb. |
