The results were as follows:1.Muscle fiber diameter, cross-sectional, area:the semitendinosus muscle fiber diameter and Cross-sectional area of intraspecific Songliao black swine and wild crossbred pigs were significantly higher than that of longissimus thoracis, biceps femoris muscle and psoas major muscle,and the commercial pigs shares biceps diameter and cross-sectional area were maximumand there exist significant differences with the semitendinosus muscle, longissimus muscleand psoas major muscle. There have no significant difference in semitendinosus muscle fiber diameter, cross-sectional area between intraspecific Songliao black swine, wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs, but their biceps femoris muscle fibre diameter exists significant differences. The femoral biceps muscle fiber cross-sectional area of commercial pigs significantly higher than Songliao black swine and wild crossbred pigs. The Songliao black swine longissimus muscle of back muscle fiber diameter is minimum, which exist significant difference with wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs; The psoas major muscle fiber diameter of wild crossbred pigs was significantly less than that of Songliao black swine and commercial pigs.2.The density of muscle fiber:the semitendinosus muscle fiber density of intraspecific Songliao black swine and wild crossbred pigs were significantly less than that of the other three parts, and the commercial pigs biceps femoris muscle fibre density is minimum have significant differences with the other three parts, Songliao black swine, wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs have the biggest psoas major muscle fiber density, which exist the significant differences with the other three parts, There were no differences in semitendinosus muscle of intraspecific Songliao black swine, wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs, And the longissimus muscle of back fibre density of Songliao black swine much higher than those of wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs, moreover, the biceps femoris muscle and psoas major muscle fiber density of commercial pigs have significant differences with Songliao black swine and wild crossbred pigs.3.Intraspecific Songliao black swine, wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs have the biggest proportion of semitendinosus musele fast muscle, and the biceps femoris muscle and longissimus dorsi have the similar percentages, psoas major muscle fast muscle have the minimum proportion, the biceps femoris muscle differences of intraspecific Songliao black swine, wild crossbred pigs and commercial pigs were significant, Interspecific associations of interspecific associations, longissimus dorsi and psoas major have no significant differences.In conclusion, different characteristics of Songliao black swine, crossbred pigs, commercial pigs four kinds of skeletal muscle fibers. The muscle fiber density in Songliao black swine and crossbred pigs were higher than commercial pigs, the diameter and cross-sectional area of less than commercial pigs. The four skeletal muscle of Songliao black swine, crossbred pigs, commercial pigs, the proportion of fast twitch fibers was significantly greater than the proportion of slow muscle fibers, psoas major muscle ratio minimum and semitendinosus muscle of the proportion of fast twitch fibers, Songliao black swine, crossbred pigs, fast muscle ratio generally lower than commercial pigs.
